We prepare for the dates of the 24th and the 31st. And for this we prepare a Christmas extract to make a cake for my father's birthday on December 24. For this, the extract must be macerating for approximately 10 days, so let's go ahead. We also want to make a wine. But let's wait for the health evolutions. So for our Christmas extract for cakes and cupcakes you need: Ingredients Food grade alcohol. Serves you a 40 ° vodka Blackberries Tangerine shells Nutmeg Guayabitas Cloves Ginger Cinnamon Preparation In a glass jar you will add the liquor, add the cloves and guava. Mix well.    Add the blackberries and tangerine shells.  Then we continue with the ginger powder and mix again. Add a stick or two of cinnamon  Finally add the nutmeg, grate it carefully because you can cut yourself.  You will see that it acquires a reddish tone from the blackberries.  Reserve it in a dark place and shake it every day until the day you are going to use it
