As I travel a lot and refuse to bring a laptop, I have managed to do most of what I need on my phone... they way of the now and future.

However working on Steemit via the web browser in the phone was an arduous task at best and not pleasurable to say the least.

So I research and found the eSteem app that I downloaded for this purpose... <a href="https://steemit.com/health/@kyusho/you-are-grounded" target="_blank">I wrote briefly about it here.</a>


So I used it on my last trip to Switzerland <a href="https://steemit.com/health/@kyusho/health-and-protection-in-valais-switzerland-2016107t73040272z" target="_blank">to post this article</a>  as well as upvote, follow and reply.

_**So here are the pros and cons of what I found:** _

> _**PROS:**_  You can do anything your computer does. Some features are even better than your computer like adding images, you can add images as easy as on Facebook from your pictures, camera or a URL.  In fact the interface is a bit more friendly on the app.  You can even do transfers... dang it's all there.

> _**CONS:**_  There are only a few drawbacks that I can live with, but would really appreciate an updates on.

> * One the feed only presents the top few stories, as you scroll down there is a "Load More" button, but it sometimes throws you back to the first post so you need to scroll through them again or load more again.

> * Two is that it freezes occasionally... on an iPhone (which I have), you can just clear the phone cached app pages and restart it.

> * Three, if you log out you will need to enter your password again... but using a vault app this issue is not really that bad.

> * You think your addiction to Steemit is bad now.... wait till you get the swing of this app.

_**There is a learning curve for sure, but on a 4 hour layover it even helps pass the time.**_

So for your mental health while away from your computer and getting the DT's, you can alleviate them with this great app.

Facebook's days are numbered... Steemit just keeps getting better.... now if they could only work a Steemit-Tweeter after SteemQ we win.
