<div class="text-justify">Feliz inicio de semana para todos,muy especialmente a los integrantes de  @foodiesbeehive,agradecida con esta nueva oportunidad para traerles una receta de una deliciosa "Crema de Ahuyama",la cual puede formar parte de su almuerzo cotidiano.La ahuyama tiene beneficios para nuestro organismo donde les puedo mencionar que es un alcalizante para la sangre,ayuda a liberar el ácido úrico y mejora la circulación, repone el sistema inmunologico de un infarto y algo muy llamativo es que el zumo de esta verdura aplicado en el rostro refresca y desvanece las arrugas,ademas es fuente, calcio, sodio, magnesio, zinc,hierro, potasio, fósforo, vitamina A,C y B,fibra soluble y betacaroteno.</div>

INGREDIENTES:

_1/2 Kilo de Ahuyama.
_1 Cebolla.
_Perejil.
_Cebollin.
_Ajo.
_Mantequilla.
_Sal.

  
 INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Kilo of Ahuyama.
1 onion.
Parsley.
Onion.
Garlic.
Butter.
Salt.

PREPARACIÓN:

<div class="text-justify"> _Seguimos colocando la ahuyama y los aliños en la licuadora,se deben licuar muy bien para que no queden grumos, por unos 3 o 5 minutos.</div>
