step on the towel with one foot, while holding both ends; then raise both arms bent towards the chest, while bending the knee forward, with this exercise we seek to strengthen the biceps (repeat 10 times, then with the other leg).</div> </blockquote> <hr>  <hr> <div class="text-justify"> . <strong> Caderas a los Lados </strong> ;se sujetan los extremos de la toalla con ambas manos,las piernas deben ir alienadas con las caderas,se levantan los brazos sin soltar la toalla,la espalda debe mantenerse recta y se mueven las caderas hacia un lado y luego hacia el otro;con este ejercicio se alivian los dolores de espalda y da equilibrio al cuerpo (20 repeticiones).</div> <hr> <blockquote> <div class="text-justify"> Hips to the sides; hold the ends of the towel with both hands, the legs should be aligned with the hips, raise the arms without letting go of the towel, the back should be kept straight and move the hips to one side and then to the other; this exercise relieves back pain and gives balance to the body (20 repetitions)</div> </blockquote> <hr>  <hr> <div class="text-justify"> <strong> .Pierna Arriba</strong> ;se sujeta la toalla por ambos extremos y se levanta por encima de la cabeza extendiendo los brazos,luego se flexiona una rodilla y se mantiene parado con una sola pierna por 5 segundos,con este ejercicio se trabajan los músculos,las piernas,previene el dolor lumbar y mejora la destreza(10 repeticiones luego el otro lado).</div> <hr> <blockquote> <div class="text-justify"> Leg Up: hold the towel at both ends and lift it above your head by extending your arms, then bend one knee and stand with one leg for 5 seconds, this exercise works the muscles, legs, prevents lower back pain and improves dexterity (10 repetitions then the other side).</div> </blockquote> <hr>  <hr> <div class="text-justify"> <strong> .Press de Hombros </strong> ;se ubica la toalla en los hombros y se toman los extremos de la toalla con las manos,luego se sube la toalla por encima de la cabeza manteniendola en tensión(10 repeticiones y descansa).</div> <hr> <blockquote> <div class="text-justify"> Shoulder Press; place the towel on your shoulders and grab the ends of the towel with your hands, then raise the towel over your head keeping it in tension (10 repetitions and rest).</div> </blockquote> <hr>  <hr> <div class="text-justify"> <strong> .Estiramiento de Pantorrillas</strong> ;sentados en el suelo con las piernas estiradas hacia adelante,colocar la toalla en la planta de uno de los pies,tomar los extremos de la toalla y estirar lo mas que se pueda hasta tener los brazos extendidos hasta lo que se pueda(10 repeticiones,luego el otro lado).</div> <hr> <blockquote> <div class="text-justify"> Calf Stretch;
