Espero que estén teniendo una linda mañana. Yo me levanté un poco tarde hoy, pero ya estoy comenzando a hacer todo lo que debo hacer para hoy y eso incluye mi post en Hive que ha sido mi rutina por más de dos años y la disfruto bastante. Para ir directo al grano, mientras me siento a escribir escucho el disco American Idiot de Green Day, acá les dejo esta rica receta de hoy. Espero que la disfruten. 

He realizado muchísimas recetas a lo largo de todo mi tiempo en Hive, pero las recetas son algo de lo que siempre tendrás contenido para una vida entera, ya que hay millones de recetas y otras millones maneras de prepararlas. Los roles de canela son uno de mis postres favoritos y hay una youtuber ucraniana que reside en España que comparte recetas increíbles y hoy quiero compartir con ustedes su receta para preparar roles de canela. 

**INGREDIENTES**

500 g de harina de todo uso
1 huevo grande L
40 g de mantequilla sin sal
50 g de azúcar
200 g de agua
8 g de sal 
15 g de levadura fresca ó 5 g de la seca

**Para el relleno:**

160 - 180 g de azúcar moreno
2 - 3 cdts. de canela 
50 g de mantequilla

I woke up a little late today, but I'm already starting to do everything I have to do for today and that includes my post on Hive which has been my routine for over two years and I really enjoy it. To get straight to the point, while I sit down to write I listen to Green Day's American Idiot album, here I leave you today's delicious recipe. I hope you enjoy it.

I have made so many recipes throughout my time on Hive, but recipes are something you will always have content for a lifetime, as there are millions of recipes and millions of other ways to prepare them. Cinnamon rolls are one of my favorite desserts and there is a Ukrainian youtuber who lives in Spain who shares incredible recipes and today I want to share with you her recipe to prepare cinnamon rolls.

**INGREDIENTS**

500 g of all-purpose flour
1 large egg L
40g unsalted butter
50g sugar
200g of water
8g of salt
15 g of fresh yeast or 5 g of dry yeast

**For the filling:**

160 - 180g brown sugar
2 - 3 tsp. cinnamon
50g of butter

Lo primero que hice fue derretir la mantequilla y una vez derretida lo añadí en un bol junto con el azúcar.

Añadí el huevo y mezclé muy bien. Yo quise mantenerme fiel a la receta, pero si quieres darle un poco extra, pueden añadir un poco de esencia de vainilla.

Me mantuve fiel a la receta, pero realicé un par de cambios inofensivos, entre esos sustituí el agua por leche, la cual agregué tibia. Finalmente añadí la harina de trigo, que en mi caso compré una harina que ya había con leudante, si no tienen harina de trigo con leudante, agreguen la cantidad de levadura que se indica en la lista de ingredientes.

Finally I added the wheat flour, which in my case I bought a flour that already had self-rising, if you don't have wheat flour with self-rising, add the amount of yeast indicated in the list of ingredients.

Cubrí el mesón con un poco de harina y posteriormente coloqué la masa, la cual fui estirando con la ayuda de un rodillo. Derretí mantequilla y cubrí toda la superficie de la masa, esto es importante ya que nos ayudará a que el relleno de canela y azúcar mascabo no se salga de la masa.

En un bol mezclé la canela y la azúcar mascabo y fui esparciendo con mucho cuidado por toda la superficie de la masa. Al final fui doblando tal como se puede observar en la fotografía de abajo. Finalmente hice los cortes de aproximadamente 6 cm de ancho.

Coloqué los roles en una bandeja previamente cubierta con una capa de aceite y dejé un poco de espacio entre ellos, ya que crecerían en el horno. Pasados aproximadamente 25 minutos, ya estaban listos y quedaron como se puede observar en la fotografía de abajo.

Los roles quedaron buenísimos. He preparado anteriormente otras recetas y esta no fue nada decepcionante. Espero que se animen a prepararla en casa. Creo que es la receta más sencilla de roles de canela que he visto y el resultado es increíble. 

No quise hacer glaseado porque no quería tanto dulce, me parece que ya así como están tienen más que suficiente azúcar.

The roles were great. I have made other recipes before and this one was not disappointing at all. I hope you are encouraged to prepare it at home. I think it is the simplest recipe for cinnamon rolls that I have seen and the result is incredible.

I didn't want to make frosting because I didn't want that much sweetness, I think that as they are they have more than enough sugar.
