To start, I will show you a recipe for **Lizard Soup**, it is an extremely simple dish that is ideal to prepare at family gatherings or perhaps a day when you fancy something different. De acuerdo a los diversos cortes de carne, se le acotan nombres y la textura, sabor y término de blandura es diferente. En manera de dato curioso, te adjunto una imagen de los diversos cortes de carne, además de una leyenda relacionada para que tipo de cocción es la más idónea. Hahaha, the name of the soup is indeed funny, and misleading. As you say, it is not made by a real lizard. I like it, my family also prepares it, very similarly, although we don't have some of the veggies you mention. Anyways, it looks great and I bet the taste is heavenly :)
