Hello, everyone! Today I decided to go to one of my favorite places: La Llovizna. It is a very nice park, located in Venezuela. I have told you about this place in my previous posts. This week, I have been working on new projects. I am also starting several courses through the internet and other classes (I will tell you later about that).

When we start a new project, things tend to be a bit difficult at first. There will always be people who will make negative comments that tend to discourage you and it is important to learn how to ignore them. Nature offers us the wonderful opportunity to disconnect from everyday life, that cement jungle in which we must be the strongest.

I felt the need to get up early and fill myself with positive energy. I started the day at 5:30 a.m., I bathed and had breakfast as healthy as possible (yes, I'm also starting with changes in my daily diet), I dressed and went to the park. I really like this hut, has a great view and you can hear the sound of the river. It relaxes me a lot.

It is important to pause. Think about you and around you. In the people you love, in your family, in your friends, in what you are passionate about, in your dreams ... visualize your life. Why? this allows you to focus. Time is our worst enemy if we do not know how to handle it.

I see the landscape and understand the wisdom of nature. I have reflected on how I am organizing my priorities and on alternatives that help me improve the processes to achieve the things I want. Stress is another silent enemy. Together, with anxiety, attack us and make us feel sick. Lately, I have experienced some health problems.

Despite that, you have no idea how good I feel today. The energy provided by the earth helps us to vibrate high and have positive thoughts. Do not neglect your mental health. Work, dream, fight and take care of yourself. Take at least one day a week to connect with yourself and nature. We also suffer from low battery and we need to recharge positive energy.
