<P><div class="text-justify">Death sometimes torments or calms me, depending on how I feel, and when I go to a cemetery, both emotions bloom. When I contemplate the graves, I look at the names, the dates of birth and death, and it is there when I see how short life is, and it is summarized with just a number before a spectator, who will have the same destiny.</div></P> 

<P><div class="text-justify">Each grave is an unknown story, or it is a house that houses the remains of someone who no longer exists, what I call the roof of the dead.</div></P> 

<P><div class="text-justify">It is impossible to know if anything of them lurks, but what surely remains are the memories of those who loved them, and not precisely there, but the human mania of building myths in common, makes us believe it as if it were a refuge from loss.</div></P>

 > <P><div class="text-justify">La muerte a veces me atormenta o calma, depende de cómo esté, y al ir a un cementerio, ambas emociones florecen. Cuando contemplo las tumbas, me fijo en los nombres, las fechas de nacimiento y fallecimiento, y es allí cuando veo lo corta que es la vida, y es resumida con tan solo un número ante un espectador, quien tendrá el mismo destino.</div></P> 

 > <P><div class="text-justify">Cada tumba es una historia desconocida, o es una casa que alberga los restos de alguien que ya no existe, a lo que llamo el techo de los muertos.</div></P> 

 > <P><div class="text-justify">Es imposible saber si algo de ellos merodea, pero lo que seguramente permanece son los recuerdos de quienes los amaron, y no precisamente allí, pero la manía humana de construir mitos en común, nos hace creerlo como si fuera un refugio ante la pérdida.</div></P> 

<P><div class="text-justify">It is not the first time I photograph a cemetery, but this time I did it with a slightly better photographic eye, and with the black and white, it seems as if they were destined to become one. And not because black and white conveys sadness or melancholy, I think that in this case it reflects some elegance, although it is obviously subjective.</div></P> 

<P><div class="text-justify">The truth is that we do not know what there is after death, but life is short, and before it is summarized on a tombstone, we must take advantage of the short time before resting on the roof of the dead.</div></P>

> <P><div class="text-justify">No es la primera vez que fotografío un cementerio, pero esta vez lo hice con un ojo fotográfico un poco más mejorado, y con el blanco y negro, pareciera que estuvieran destinadas a convertirse en una sola cosa. Y no porque el blanco y negro transmita tristeza o melancolía, creo que en este caso refleja algo de elegancia, aunque evidentemente es algo subjetivo.</div></P> 

> <P><div class="text-justify">Lo cierto es que desconocemos qué hay después de la muerte, pero la vida es breve, y antes de que la resuman en una lápida, hay que aprovechar el poco tiempo, antes de reposar en el techo de los muertos.</div></P>
