¡Hola a todos los amantes de la comida! Hoy les traje una receta de un platillo que me tiene encantada. Desde hace unos meses me decidí aprender a hacerlo porque me encanta cualquier tipo de sopa. Este es un platillo asiático, y al principio lo preparaba a mi manera, pero a medida que iba preparando más y más, sabía que siempre le faltaba o le sobraba algo, pero hasta hace poco me dije que iba a buscar los ingredientes y que iba a hacer un ramen bien hecho. Deben saber que el ramen es una comida bastante económica y que dependiendo de la zona de Asia los ingredientes varían y aunque antes era una preparación con un grado alto de complicación, ya es prácticamente una comida rápida. A continuación les muestro les muestro la receta de un Ramen con Merluza.

# INGREDIENTES:

**Para el ramen:**

* Agua
* Fideos
* Jengibre
* Cebollín
* Cilantro
* Salsa de soya
* Semillas de Sésamo
* Base para Ramen deshidratado.
* 2 huevos
* 1 cubito de caldo de pollo.
* Alga nori.

**Para la Merluza:**

* 250 gr de merluza
* 1 huevo
* Harina de trigo para rebosar.
* Aceite para freir.
* Sal y pimienta.

* Noodles

* Sesame seeds
* Dehydrated Ramen base.
* 2 eggs
* 1 chicken bouillon cube.
* Nori seaweed.

**For the Hake:**

* 250 gr of hake
* 1 egg
* Wheat flour to coat.
* Oil for frying.
* Salt and pepper.

# Preparación:

Lo primero que hay que hacer es llenar una olla con agua potable, aproximadamente dos litros que alcanzan para 4 raciones. A esto le vamos a agregar caldo desihadratado, yo le puse 1 cubito de caldo de pollo y un poquito de base para Ramen que compré en una tienda de productos chinos que contiene tres tipos de caldos y setas deshidratadas, en este paquetico está el sabor asiático que mejoro con los ingredientes que le añado luego.

> The first thing to do is to fill a pot with drinking water, approximately two liters which are enough for 4 servings. To this we are going to add some broth, I added 1 cube of chicken broth and a little bit of Ramen base that I bought in a Chinese products store that contains three types of broths and dehydrated mushrooms, in this package is the Asian flavor that I improve with the ingredients that I add later.

Estos ingredientes de los que les hablo son Sasa de Soya China Oscura, debe ser china porque es más concentrada y no tiene esa cantidad de vinagre que le colocan a las salsas nacionales. Además le coloco Jengibre, un pedazo de unos 5 centimetros a los que les quité la concha y simplemente los aplasté un poco para poder retirarlos al momento de servir. Mientras se hace este proceso, es importante poner a hervir los dos huevos.

En esta tienda china también compré fideos para Ramen, yo siempre compro un paquete que trae como 20 raciones pero lamentablemente no habían, así que compré esta que tenía aproximadamente 8 raciones, y coloqué 4 raciones al agua cuando esta rompió a hervir y cilantro cuando los fideos estuvieron listos.

Por otra parte, vamos a tomar nuesta merluza y la vamos a cortar en deditos.Esta merluza estaba picada en lomos, por lo que los dedos me salieron perfectos.  Yo les agregué sal y pimienta para condimentar.

Para rebosar, tomé un huevo, le agregué un chorrito de salsa de soya y lo batí, aparte en un envase puse harina de trigo y pasé los dedos primero por el huevo, luego los pasé por la harina y los eché a freír en aceite muy caliente hasta que estuvieron dorados por ambos lados, los saqué y los puse en papel secante para retirar el exceso de aceite.

Ya con todo listo lo que faltaba era montar el plato. Para esto había que tomar un pliego de alga nori y cortarlo en pedazos de la forma que gustes. Descascarar los huevos y picarlos a la mitad y picar cebollín muy pequeñito.

Ahora sí, a montar. Primero, en un plato hondo, agregamos el fideo con el caldo, ponemos por un lado dos pedazos de merluza, un huevo picado a la mitad, le ponemos el cebollín picada, un trozo de alga nori y semillas de sésamo.

¡Y listo! Tenemos listo nuestro delicioso ramen con merluza. Que de verdad, verdad, quedó exquisito. ¿Qué les recomiendo? Si tienen huesos de pollo, pescado, o de res que les sobre por allí, hagan un caldo y le agregan la base del ramen, esto les quedará aún mejor, igual no me quejo de su sabor, estaba espectacular.

> And that's it! Our delicious ramen with hake is ready. It was really, really delicious. What do I recommend? If you have leftover chicken, fish, or beef bones, make a broth and add it to the ramen base, this will be even better, I'm not complaining about the taste, it was spectacular.

Lalo se ve buenísimo, en casa nos encanta el ramen también, tengo tiempo sin prepararlo, la última vez que lo comí fue en restaurante, pero tu receta está muy buena y sencilla, debo probarla!
