Back here again with a mouth watery recipe. I know many will be wanting to know what's up in @lapb's kitchen. Wow i really miss my wonderful people here @steemkitchen. Today i serve you with fruit juice fresh from my kitchen. There are too many juice in the market which are equally sweet and delicious but unhealthy due to excess addition of artificial flavors which is as well expensive. I prefer to prepare them at home with natural ingredients. Many overlooks it without knowing the large amount of vitamins contain in it. Things needed: - juice extracter  - water melon  - apple  - banana  - fresh tomatoes  (note: No sugar or flavor.) process: 1) wash clean the machine (juice extractor) a) peel off the back of the bananas, water melon and wash them all. b) chop all the fruits to about 1cm to make it free to enter into the extractor. 2) Start blending the fruits together with the juice extractor.   This is blended mix of Tomatoes,Watermelon and Apple and Banana. Your juice is ready! Remember it will be perfect to serve cold.   If you know this secret or skill you will definitely appreciate it. I agree with you about the benefit of freshly blended fruit for juices or smoothies... I tend to cook everything from scratch trying to use organic ingredients where possible and very rarely buy processed food....
