Hay que ser considerados con nosotros, no siempre estamos al 100% y es algo que hay que tener siempre en cuenta. # Cosas como los calentamientos antes de entrenar, los estiramientos luego de entrenar y la activaci贸n muscular antes de retornar a los entrenamientos son cosas muy importantes que hay que tener presentes. # Luego de que le plant茅 esto a Miguel, le habl茅 del mundo de los EST脕TICOS a Miguel y de c贸mo se deben entrenar de la mejor forma y t茅cnica posible, tomando hoy por ejemplo un d铆a de front lever. # Le ense帽茅 los principales elementos b谩sicos que se deben entrenar y el enfoque que me tiene que dar a cada uno y la intensidad y la frecuencia con que la debe de entrenar. # Dando solo por hoy un enfoque a la tensi贸n, m谩s nada solo al aguante y de la explicaci贸n de la t茅cnica y c贸mo emplearla y tambi茅n el uso de agarres falsos. # Cabe resaltar que los agarres falsos en el front lever son la llave para un buen Front y no solo ello para una buena postura, aguante y fuerza en el mismo est谩tico. # Record谩ndole a Miguel la importancia de la constancia que no todo sale a la primera ni a la segunda sino que hay que intentar intentar y no rendirse ser constantes usar m茅todos que te funcionen a ti no al resto sino a ti. #聽 Y buscar una motivaci贸n frecuente la cual le dar谩 esa base fuerte en la cual se sostendr谩 la disciplina nunca olviden eso como atletas. # Bueno queridos lectores esper贸 que les haya gustado esta clase del d铆a de hoy se vienen muchas m谩s publicaciones y nos vemos en la pr贸xima聽 </div> <div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right"> Hello, everyone, dear friends of SWC and wonderful HIVE users.
