I want to share with you a recipe that I made especially to celebrate with my mother yesterday, to celebrate Mother's Day, this sweet is her favorite dessert, I mean the “milk quesillo”, this is a Venezuelan sweet, very similar to flan, it is sweet, tasty and with a lot of flavor. >Quiero compartirles una receta que hice especialmente para celebrar con mi mamá ayer, para celebrar el Día de la Madre, este dulce es su postre favorito, me refiero al “quesillo de leche”, este es un dulce venezolano, muy parecido al flan. , es dulce, sabroso y con mucho sabor.  You will need the following ingredients: >Necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes: • 1 can of condensed milk. • 5 eggs. • 1 cup of fluid milk. • 1 spoon of vanilla. • 1/3 cup of rum. • 1/2 cups of sugar for the caramel. >• 1 lata de leche condensada. >• 5 huevos. >• 1 taza de leche líquida. >• 1 cucharada de vainilla. >• 1/3 taza de ron. >• 1/2 tazas de azúcar para el caramelo. The procedure is very simple, first, we pour into the pot where you will make the cheese, the 1/2 cup of sugar and two tablespoons of water, let it melt and wait for it to turn amber, then very carefully spread it all over the container. >El procedimiento es muy sencillo, primero, vertimos en la olla donde harás el quesillo, la 1/2 taza de azúcar y dos cucharas de agua, dejamos derretir y esperamos que tome un color ámbar, luego con mucho cuidado esparcimos por todo el recipiente.
