Yesterday afternoon I prepared a delicious and easy recipe for a white pizza with cream of corn and smoked chorizo, this pizza really has a spectacular combination of a creamy sweet corn pasta, with smoked sausages, making this a worthy dish to enjoy with loved ones a fun afternoon snack or whenever you feel like it.

>Ayer en la tarde preparé una deliciosa y fácil receta de  una pizza blanca con crema de maíz y chorizo ahumado, realmente esta pizza tiene una combinación espectacular de una cremosa pasta de maíz dulce, con salchichas ahumadas, haciendo de este un plato digno para disfrutar con los seres queridos una divertida tarde de merienda o cuando se te antoje.

You will need to:

>Necesitarás:

• Pizza mass.
• 2 cups of corn.
• 2 cups of smoked sausages.
• Chives, peppers and finely chopped onions.
• Salt and pepper.
• 2 tablespoons of oil.
• 2 tablespoons of wheat flour.
• 1 cup of cream.

>• Masa de pizza.
>• 2 tazas de maíz.
>• 2 tazas de salchichas Ahumada.
>• Cebollino, ajíes y cebollas finamente picadas.
>• Sal y pimienta.
>• 2 cucharadas de aceite.
>• 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo.
>• 1 taza de crema.

First, in a frying pan with the two tablespoons of oil, fry the finely chopped vegetables (chives, onion and peppers) and the sausages, season to taste with salt and pepper.

>Primero en un sartén con las dos cucharas de aceite, sofreímos los vegetales finamente picados ( cebollino , cebolla  y ajíes) y las salchichas, sazonamos a gusto con sal y pimienta.

Next, we blend the corn with 1 cup of water and the two tablespoons of wheat flour, then put it in a pot, season with salt and pepper and stir constantly until the cream thickens.

>Seguidamente, licuamos el maíz con 1 taza de agua y las dos cucharadas de harina de trigo, luego llevamos a una olla, sazonamos con sal y pimienta y removemos constantemente hasta que la crema espese.

Finally, we stretch the dough on a tray and add the cream of corn, the sausage and vegetable sauce, if you want you can add cheese, this time it would be optional.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180C.

>Por último, estiramos la masa en una bandeja y agregamos la crema de maiz, el sofrito de salchichas y verduras, si deseas puedes agregar queso, en esta ocasion sería opcional.
Lleva al horno por 25 minutos a  180C.
