Anybody can do something good once in a while.

People with truly amazing lives do amazing things consistently. 

It's hard to stay consistent though...

How do we do it? 

By implementing habits and sticking with them.  Purposefully setting time aside to do things that are hard, challenge us, but ultimately make us better.
