[ESP/ENG] Bizcocho de harina de maiz/Corn flour cake

<div class="text-justify"> Como algunos han visto en mis post anteriores, me gusta hacer dulces por las tardes, pero a veces no cuento con los ingredientes necesarios para hacerlos, así que me pongo a reemplazarlos con otros parecidos, en esta ocasión, no contaba con harina de trigo para realizar esta torta y la reemplacé con harina de maíz y el resultado sinceramente me gustó mucho y el día de hoy les enseñaré como lo hice.

# INGREDIENTES:
* Harina de Maíz (170gr).
* Azúcar (225gr).
* Mantequilla ó manteca vegetal (100gr).
* Polvo para hornear (1 cucharadadita).
* Limón (2)
* Huevos (3)

>* Sugar (225gr).
>* Butter or vegetable shortening (100gr).
>* Baking powder (1 teaspoonful).
>* Lemon (2)
>* Eggs (3)

PASOS/STEPS

Lo primero que hice fue tamizar la harina y el polvo para hornear en un bol.

Luego en otro envase derretí la mantequilla en el microondas y disolví la azúcar en ella posterior añadí la ralladura de limón y las yemas de los huevos. Si gustas puedes agregarle también el jugo del limón y esto le dará mayor sabor al bizcocho.

Agarramos la harina y se la vamos agregando a la mezcla de la mantequilla poco a poco y vamos mezclando.

En un bol aparte batí las claras del huevo a punta de nieve y luego fui agregando la mezcla poco a poco. Le aplicamos manteca o aceite a un molde e introducimos la mezcla en este.

Puse a calentar el horno por 15 minutos y luego introduje el molde por 15 minutos, esto puede variar en dependencia del horno, recomiendo ir verificando el bizcocho introduciendo un palito hasta que este salga limpio, ahí sabrás que tu torta está lista.

¡Y listo! El bizcocho estará hecho.
Es primera vez que hago esta receta y sinceramente nos gusto mucho en mi hogar, es fácil de hacer y no lleva tantos ingredientes, así que tengo el presentimiento de que se convertirá en uno de los favoritos de la casa.
SI gustas puedes untarle chocolate o arequipe encima y quedara mucho más sabroso.
