¿A quién en esta comunidad de Hive le gusta el pollo frito?
Porque hoy les presento por aquí cual es mi manera de hacerlo. Como siempre con mi mejor intención y es que lo disfruten.

También conocido como pollo a la broaster, es otra de las comidas favoritas de muchos. Para festejar al papá de la casa decidí preparar pollo, porque es una de las comidas que mas le encantan en la vida. A propósito de celebrarse El Día del Padre, donde todas las comidas de ese día incluían pollo desde el desayuno hasta la cena, pero hoy les presento el paso a paso de como prepare un delicioso pollo frito para el almuerzo.

De antemano se que hay muchas formas de hacerlo, personalmente he practicado distintas recetas hasta quedarme con la que presentare por aquí, porque es la que mas gusta, realmente queda suculento y todos contentos.

# Pollo frito  /  Fried chicken

* 1 For seasoning the chicken:
* 8 pieces of chicken (the ones of your preference)
* Mustard
* Oil
* Oregano
* 1 lemon
* Garlic and salt

* 1 Para Sazonar el pollo:
* 8 Piezas de pollo (Las de su preferencia)
* Mostaza
* Aceite
* Orégano
* 1 limón
* Ajo y sal

## * 2 For frying the chicken:
* Seasoned chicken
* Yellow corn flour
* Oregano
* Oil
* 2 eggs
* 2 tablespoons of liquid milk
* Salt

## 2 Para freír el pollo:
* Pollo sazonado
* Harina de maíz amarilla
* Orégano
* Aceite
* 2 Huevos
* 2 cucharadas de leche líquida
* Sal

# Preparación:
### Para sazonar
Si compró el pollo entero proceder a picarlo en piezas, o si lo compro ya picado entonces a lavarlo con vinagre o limón muy bien. En mi caso le quito la piel, se que muchos prefieren dejarla, no hay problema.

En un envase grande, exprimir el limón, echar la sal, aceite, mostaza, ajo pisado y el orégano. Revolver.

> If you bought the whole chicken proceed to chop it into pieces, or if you buy it already chopped then wash it with vinegar or lemon very well. In my case I remove the skin, I know that many prefer to leave it, no problem.

> In a large container, squeeze the lemon, add the salt, oil, mustard, crushed garlic and oregano. Stir.

En esa mezclar empezar a sazonar las piezas de pollo una por una. Una vez listo tapar y refrigerar, esto puede ser 1 hora o como en mi caso lo dejo en la nevera de una día para el otro.

## Para Freír

En un envase echar los dos huevos, la leche, sal y batir con un batidor de mano

Aparte en un plato o bandeja echar la harina de maíz, colocarle sal y orégano molido.

Introducir las piezas en la mezcla de huevo una a una hasta que queden cubiertas por ambos lados.

> Dip the pieces into the egg mixture one by one until they are covered on both sides.

Seguido pasar por la harina de maíz y así con cada pieza de pollo se repite el proceso.

Llevar al fuego un caldero grande y verter suficiente aceite para freír.

Una vez que el aceite este bien caliente echar el pollo, no muchas piezas para que se cocinen bien.

No poner el fuego tan alto porque después quedan dorados por fuera y crudos por dentro
No descuidar e ir volteando cada vez las piezas hasta que estén listas.

Yo agarro un cuchillo fino y lo introduzco en el pollo para saber si esta listo, si no bota sangre ésta bien cocido.

En esta ocasión lo acompañe con papas fritas y ensalada de repollo rayada.

Do not neglect and turn the pieces over each time until they are ready.

>I take a thin knife and introduce it into the chicken to know if it is ready, if it does not leak blood it is well cooked.

>This time I served it with french fries and shredded cabbage salad.
