But the initial challenge is without the reblogging requirement! You can´t just invent new rules!

Fair enough, but still - you can´t add rules later and force people to reblog and tag people. You could have asked them, but not as a mandatory rule.

I'm still not sure what you meen about adding the rules "later". We had these two rules (Reblog and Tag 3 friends) in all of our CTA's.
