Shapes in the sky, rows upon rows.
Stretching from horizon royal blue
to the other, fiery orange.
Crowning mountains,
silhouettes of our imagination
they glide over our heads,
changing, shifting, 
becoming whatever we desire.
The army of dreams 
and bearers of ideas.
As different from each other 
as the snowflakes in a blizzard.
Unlimited depth
and endless varieties,
and yet,
the same that were seen by generations past.
The furniture of the sky;
the backdrop of greatness.
Hovering regally over their kingdom
of loyal, imaginative subjects
dressing their lords 
in fantastic and amazing robes and jewels,
whatever their minds can think of. 
Fantasized by the young
and admired by the old,
they are natives of the land of air and grace,
and fluent in the language of the heavens.
All across the world
we look up,
look up and witness
the shapes in the sky.
