Hola amigos de esta grandiosa colmena, hoy les tengo un antojo, bueno como dicen, yo soy muy buena boca, en realidad a mí me gusta comer de todo, aunque normalmente se come algo más que otro, en este caso, me provocó Hígado, la comida del día, aunque muchos no les guste, el hígado encebollado aunque en la casa se come poco, cuando lo hacemos lo disfrutamos mucho, así que comencémos, es muy sencillo.

Está preparación es muy sencilla, en mi caso me gusta el hígado en trozos pequeños, así que lo lavamos y lo picamos en trozos o bastones, al igual que picamos la cebolla en juliana.

En un sartén agregamos aceite con un poquito de azúcar cuando esté la azúcar dorada agregamos la cebolla, cuando la cebolla de comience a colocar blanca le agregamos le hígado ya picado en trazos con todos los condimentos a su gusto, le agregamos un poquito de agua y lo tapamos.

Por otro lado lavamos colocamos 4 tazas de agua a hervir mientras lavamos el arroz y cuando ya éste rompa hervor le agregamos la sal al gusto y el arroz, le colocamos a llama media y cuando ya absorba un poco el agua le bajamos la llama y lo tapamos hasta que el grano ablande, esto hará que el arroz quedé suelto.
