Definitely agree that French league is in shambles and you didn't even mention the TV rights deal fiasco with Mediapro haha. I wouldn't blame PSG much though, Bayern has done the same for years, pillaging players from Dortmund and any other German club daring to come too close to the sun. But they still have 4 clubs in Champions League last 16th. From time to time we have Monaco or Lyon going far in Champions League but it's more like an exceptional campaign, nothing regular. PSG is the only club standing straight according to their season budget. Lyon should be in last 16th every single year but god this team is capable of the best and also the worst a week later. Monaco could be great if the club's president was not only here to make profit on transfers. Marseille has a good history of European football but is even more in shambles than the whole league itself :D
