Buenas, feliz miércoles, espero estén teniendo todos por esta fabulosa comunidad de @hivefood, una vez más estoy por aquí, para compartir la receta que estuve realizando estos días pasados para una celebración especial en casa, con la familia. 

Sabiendo los altos costos de los alimentos hoy día, siempre nos paseamos por varias opciones que sean sabrosas, pero a bajo costo. En los cumpleaños y cualquier celebración nunca faltan las cremas para untar, ya sea en galletas, panes, casabe, tartaletas o la base que mejor se adapte a sus gustos y presupuesto.  


Entonces una que sale realmente económica  es la Crema de Berenjena, además que casi todos los ingredientes, por lo general, lo tenemos en casa y no hay que hacer gastos extras y lo dejamos para otras cosas que hagan falta.

Para esta rica crema necesitarás lo siguiente:
|3 |Berenjenas medianas|

|200 g |Mayonesa|
|1|Hierba de Perejil|
|1|Hierba de Cirulet |
|2|Hojas de Culantro|
|2|Dientes de Ajo|
|1|Pisca de sal al gusto|

Una vez que están bien lavados los ingredientes, lo primero que hacemos es poner en un sartén las berenjenas, con un fuego moderado. 

Esperamos que ya nos dé el olor a quemado, para empezar a darle vueltas, para que se vayan pasando por todos sus lados. 


Con un tenedor le podemos hacer huecos, para que se vaya ablandando más rápido. Cuando vean que ya se están desinflando y abriendo, en cuanto le metemos el tenedor, es que ya están listas. La idea es que se quemen todas, ese es el truco, para que quede deliciosa.

Después las abrimos, le vamos sacando toda la pulpa, le echamos un poco de sal y reservamos, para que se enfríe un poco. 

Luego picamos las hierbas y el ajo.

Ahora en la licuadora echamos primero la mayonesa y luego los demás ingredientes, prendemos a velocidad baja, para que se vayan integrando y luego se va subiendo gradualmente, probamos a ver si está bien de gusto y luego apagamos. 

Servimos en un bol de vidrio, como la ven quedo cremosa, espesa y no hizo falta nada más, estaba en su punto, con un poco de picor por el ajo, ese que le da el toque, también sabía bastante a Berenjena.

Así se ve de rica, la acompañamos con panquecas y también con pan, se me olvido la foto de la repartición, je, je, je. A todos les gustó. 

Muchos hacen esta crema a su estilo, esta es una de las maneras que más me gusta. Aunque también la podemos hacer con todos los ingredientes aquí mencionados, pero en vez de licuar, solo se revuelven todos,  ah y no se le echa la mayonesa.

Knowing the high costs of food today, we always walk around for various options that are tasty, but at low cost. For birthdays and any celebration there is never a shortage of spreads, whether in cookies, breads, cassava, tartlets or whatever base that best suits your tastes and budget.  


So one that is really economical is the Eggplant Cream, plus almost all the ingredients, usually, we have at home and we do not have to make extra expenses and we leave it for other things that are needed.

For this rich cream you will need the following:

Once the ingredients are well washed, the first thing to do is to put the eggplants in a frying pan, with a moderate heat. 

We wait for the smell of burning, to start turning them, so that they are cooked on all sides. 


With a fork we can make holes in them, so that they soften faster. When you see that they are already deflating and opening, as soon as we put the fork in, they are ready. The idea is to burn them all, that is the trick, so that they are delicious.

Now in the blender we first add the mayonnaise and then the rest of the ingredients, we turn on low speed, so that they integrate and then gradually increase, we taste to see if it tastes good and then we turn it off. 

Serve in a glass bowl, as you can see it was creamy, thick and did not need anything else, it was just right, with a little spicy garlic, which gives it the touch, also tasted quite Eggplant.

This is how delicious it looks, we served it with pancakes and also with bread, I forgot the photo of the distribution, heh, heh, heh, heh. Everyone liked it. 

Many make this cream in their own style, this is one of the ways I like the most. Although we can also make it with all the ingredients mentioned here, but instead of blending, just stir them all together, oh and don't add the mayonnaise.

Ufff me encanta la berenjena, pero aquí lamentablemente es un poquito cara, aunque puedo hacer un esfuerzo para prepararla porque creo que sería buenísima para acompañar un pescadito, aunque si te soy sincera prefiero la versión que comentas sin mayonesa, en casa casi no la comemos y cuando lo hacemos nos cae un poco mal, así que tendré que modificarla un poco.

Con pescado es genial, igual con carne asada. 

Sin la mayonesa queda rica, es la forma como la preparaba antes. 

Pero aquí en las bolsas que vende el gobierno, venden esas mayonesas que no son muy buenas y preparándola de esta manera quedan geniales, así no la perdemos.

Las he probado de distintas personas y recetas. 

Pero si sigues los pasos de esta forma, te aseguro que te queda genial. 

Trata de que no se te vaya la cáscara quemada, es lo que amarga. O que no quede bien  cocida.

Leidi,  la crema de berenjena es de mis preferidas. Yo la pongo directamente sobre la llama y el sabor le cambia muchísimo. A mi me fascina con pan o galletas, con panquecas no la he probado jaja.
