Transformando una camisa en conjunto para Ambar [Esp/Eng]

Saludos y bendiciones amigos de @needleworkmonday, tenía mucho tiempo que no pasaba por aquí con alguna de mis creaciones, aunque si he venido haciendo cosas para compartirles. Espero que todos los que hacen vida por aquí este bien, sanos y creativos. 

El día de hoy les vengo a contar sobre mi primera transformación de una prenda de vestir grande en algo más pequeño, les digo primera, ya que no lo había hecho, pero si he tenido la idea desde hace mucho, incluso tengo mucha ropa guardada solo para transformarla. 

Lo que pasa es que aún no me he comprado la máquina de coser y estoy tan deseosa de tenerla, que no he querido estar inventando nada, hasta no tenerla. Sin embargo, me vi en un apuro y tuve que tomar medidas drásticas, Je, je, je.

Les cuento, el domingo cumple Arianna años y hace días vi unas camisas muy económicas en una tienda y era de este color fucsia, muy bonito, con la tendencia de este color por la nueva película de Barbie, se pueden ver muchas prendas así,  unas más costosas que otras. Estas camisas apenas me salieron en 2 $ dólares cada una. 

Compre 4 piezas, 3 para mis hijas y una para mí y así vestirnos todas iguales, eso siempre lo había querido hacer, el año pasado, hice unos vestidos para las 3, pero ahora está mi hija mayor y seguro nos veremos muy lindas con ellas. 

Como Ambar apenas tiene 3 años, esa camisa es muy grande, así que decidí trasfórmala, poner la camisa más pequeña, así que busque mis materiales de trabajo, hilo, aguja y tijeras, me puse manos a las telas o más bien a la camisa je, je, je. 

Con una hojilla empecé a descoser cada una de las partes de la camisa, luego tome una camisa de Ambar para medir el nuevo tamaño de la camisa y corte cada una de las piezas.

Por encima estuve midiéndole a Ambar a ver como le quedaba. Sentía que estaba como pequeño, igual seguí con mi proyecto y me emocionaba con cada logro, ya que estuve midiendo demás.  


Todo este procedimiento lo hice en mi apartamento, luego me fui a casa de mi mamá en donde vive mi cuñada, le pedi la máquina prestada y no saben todo el suplicio que pasé para hacer estas costuras, la máquina no está muy buena y yo soy muy novata, ese hilo a cada  rato se partía y yo respirando profundo, se hacía tarde y con hambre je, je, je. 

Pero tenía que terminar,  ya que esas camisas son para sublimarla. Así que seguí hasta que fui armando cada una de las piezas de la camisa. Feliz con cada pequeño avance, se lo iba midiendo a Amabar y ella emocionada.

Con la parte de abajo que  quedo de la camisa, le hice una minifalda, le cocí en la pretina una elástica blanca con destellos dorados. Esta parte la hice dos veces, ya que luego que termine me faltaba elástico, porque no estire lo suficiente.

Y así, amigos pueden ver la diferencia de como quedaron mis creaciones, este conjunto, para mi pequeña princesa Ambar, el cual lo lucirá como toda una Barbie para el cumpleaños de su hermana Arianna este domingo.

# ***Transforming a shirt into an outfit for Ambar***

Hi and blessings friends of @needleworkmonday, I had not been here for a while with any of my creations, although I have been doing things to share with you. I hope that all those who live here are well, healthy and creative.

Today I come to tell you about my first transformation of a large piece of clothing into something smaller, I tell you first, because I had not done it, but I have had the idea for a long time, even I have a lot of clothes stored just to transform them.

The thing is that I have not bought the sewing machine yet and I am so eager to have it, that I have not wanted to invent anything, until I have it. However, I was in a hurry and had to take drastic measures, Ha, ha, ha.

I tell you, Arianna turns years old on Sunday and a few days ago I saw some very cheap shirts in a store and it was this fuchsia color, very nice, with the trend of this color for the new Barbie movie, you can see many garments like this, some more expensive than others. These shirts barely came out at $ 2 each.

I bought 4 pieces, 3 for my daughters and one for me and so we all dress alike, that's something I've always wanted to do, last year I made some dresses for the 3, but now my eldest daughter is and surely we will look very pretty with them.

Since Ambar is only 3 years old, that shirt is very big, so I decided to transform it, put the smaller shirt, so I looked for my work materials, thread, needle and scissors, I put my hands to the fabrics or rather to the shirt ha, ha, ha.

With a sheet I started to undress each of the parts of the shirt, then I took a shirt from Ambar to measure the new size of the shirt and cut each of the pieces.

Over I was measuring Ambar to see how it fit. I felt it was small, so I continued with my project and I was excited with each achievement, since I was measuring too much.

The whole process I did in my apartment, then I went to my mother's house where my sister-in-law lives, I asked her to borrow the machine and you do not know all the suffering I went through to make these stitches, the machine is not very good and I am very novice, that thread all the time was breaking and I was breathing deeply, it was getting late and hungry ha, ha, ha.

But I had to finish, because those shirts are to sublimate them. So I kept going until I was assembling each of the pieces of the shirt. Happy with each small advance, I was measuring it to Ambar and she excited.

With the bottom part that was left of the shirt, I made a mini skirt, I sewed a white elastic with gold sparkles in the waist. I did this part twice, because after I finished I was missing elastic, because I did not stretch enough.
