Friends, today I come to tell you an embarrassing story, which made me remember my friend @galenkp, since in the #weekend-engagement proposals of [week 145](https://peakd.com/hive-168869/@galenkp/week-145-weekend-engagement-writing-suggestions), he brought us different topics, in which there is always one or another witty and where he takes us out of our comfort zone. 

As I read them, this memory came to my mind at once, I laughed a lot when I checked the feed of the @weekend-experience community and read several stories of this kind.  In my life I have had so many stories that I would like to share in my blog, but this one makes me ashamed, but of course I'm sure more than one has happened to you and today I tell you mine, I invite you to laugh for a while at my misfortune. 

This happened more than 20 years ago, when I was about 13 years old, I remember it was my first year of high school vacation, with my second sister we were visiting an aunt's house in Caracas, the capital of our country.  In one of the most tuned TV channels there was a program called Sábado Sensacional and on Saturdays they presented a great live show in La Guaira, a beach area. 

When we saw that they were going to present the Miss Venezuela candidates, we insisted to my aunt to take us to the beach to be able to attend such a great event. My aunt agreed, the trip was about an hour's drive. We got dressed up and took everything we needed to spend a spectacular day.  

We got on the bus and we were all excited to see famous singers live and also the beautiful candidates of the most famous pageant in the country. On the bus I was next to my sister and my aunt was in the back.  Suddenly when we were half way there, my stomach started to hurt, as time went by I felt that I could not stand the urge to go to the bathroom, my skin was standing on end, I did not say anything, because the bus was not going to stop for me. 

I felt like throwing up, my stomach was upset, the pain was getting more and more intense and I was begging to get to our destination, I counted the minutes left to arrive, but every second seemed like hours, my cheeks were turning all colors and my eyes wanted to come out of their sockets, it was really horrible. I didn't even want to say anything to my aunt.

When it was about five minutes to go I couldn't take it anymore and I .... It came out, I was dying of shame and praying that the smells wouldn't come out, heh, heh, heh. But the pain was relieved and the color returned to my body. 

When we arrived in La Guaira where the TV program would be, we saw that the parking lot was empty, we were surprised when they told us that at the last minute they suspended the program. Oh, it can't be all this trip and everything that happened for nothing. 

What we had left was to go to the beach, which was the best thing to bathe and take the kettle off, heh, heh, heh. I didn't like the beach at all, it was open sea, lots of big waves. The sand was black and itchy, nothing like the beaches of my beloved Cumaná. 

Well, friends, this is what Hive and friend @galenkp do to bring us these stories that marked our lives. As I told you before, I hope I got a smile out of you, like the ones I got out of the other hivers friends who posted their entry in this topic heh, heh, heh 😁😂.
