독일식 족발 요리 "슈바이네 학센"

<div class=text-justify> 족발은 가끔 생각날 때만 먹는 음식이라 직접 찾아가서 먹지는 않는다. 처음에는 맛있으나 먹을수록 느끼함이 더해져서 결국 많이 먹지 못하고 항상 남기기 때문이다. 그래서 오늘은 특별한 레스토랑을 찾았다. <br>
**헌터스문의 "슈바이네 학센"** <br>
국내산 족발을 독일식으로 조리하는 방식이다. 이 메뉴는 오븐으로 굽기 때문에 조리시간이 40분 정도 소요가 된다. 방문전 미리 예약하는 것이 좋다.

먼저 곤르곤졸라씬피자로 가벼운 허기를 달랬다. 다른 가게보다 더 얇은 도우라서 그런지  바삭함과 쫀득함이 더 잘 느껴졌다.

독일식 족발이 나오기까지 어느정도 시간이 있던터라 새우튀김도 추가했다. 여기는 수제 맥주로도 유명한 집이다.
바삭한 새우튀김과 피자. 그리고 수제 맥주가 제법 잘 어울렸다.

드디어 기다리던 독일식 족발이 나왔다. 샐러드는 2가지가 함께 곁들어져 나왔다. 오븐으로 구워서 느끼함없이 담백했다. 껍질의 바삭함도 그대로 느껴지는 훌륭한 맛이였다.  새우젓 소스와 매콤한 바베큐 소수와도 잘 어울렸고, 이색적이고 특별한 맛이 고스란히 느껴지는 맛집이였다.
