I hope with all my heart, to have the support, consideration and acceptance of each of the members that integrate it; in spite of not having the track record, nor the proven track record both for the high quality of its writers, as well as for the depth of the posts that in my opinion are produced within it. </div><P/> 

 <div class="text-justify"> I would like to complement the above, without wishing to sound exaggerated or appear humble, that this is a stellar moment in my relatively short career as a content producer at Hive. Since, for very justified reasons, I consider the Leo Finance tribe to be a major league in the production of posts within it. Especially in the financial, cryptographic and programming areas. </div><P/>

<div class="text-justify"> It is a well-known maxim that it is almost impossible to become an expert in such areas overnight. Nor am I interested in proving anything of the sort. So, what is my motivation for wanting to publish my content on this platform for so long? The answer is quite simple: it is due to analogous ideas or thoughts related to improvements in the different features and operability of this. Many of these topics have probably already been dealt with in greater depth in this community, as well as in other communities that integrate the platform. In this sense, I am a person with diverse concerns, and a user who wants the best for our community. I have the strong conviction and I am of the opinion that, if the hive improves, even if it does not affect us directly, in the end it will benefit all its members. </div><P/>

<div class="text-justify"> No human invention or workmanship is born from nothing, it is always created from something existing or pre-existing as you want to call it. In other words, no one is totally creative, in that case we are co-creative, as an old adage says: the great advances in any area in different times have been produced because those who achieved them rode on the shoulders of giants. </div><P/> 

<div class="text-justify"> It should also be clarified that there are creative people and witty people. The former, in most cases, have perseverance and develop their ideas step by step, they are detail-oriented and perfectionists, which is why not a few achieve works of art in their area of work. On the contrary, we, the witty ones, are harassed by a torrent of ideas, many times already developed by others, and that in the worst cases are anachronistic, because they have already been replaced by other technologies. We live inventing the wheel as if it had never been invented. </div><P/>

<div class="text-justify"> The intention of the previous paragraph is to warn, for the umpteenth time, of the fact that I may not be contributing anything original with the ideas put forward. However, I insist: sometimes old ideas are useful to solve new problems and vice versa, of course. </div><P/>

<div class="text-justify"> The following proposals will be presented, developed and defended in successive posts: </div><P/>

<div class="text-justify"> - Create an index of decentralization and democratization within the hive. Based on accessibility, bidirectionality in making certain decisions, the right to reply, the possibility of challenging some actions taken unilaterally, participation in projects. Among many other suggestions that exist.  </div><P/>

<div class="text-justify"> - To develop educational projects and programs within the hive, supported by certified hivers, as well as strategic alliances with other specialized platforms and international organizations in the educational field. Especially in the areas of distance education and teleworking. </div><P/>

<div class="text-justify"> - Incorporation of web 2.0 functions and options, for example: the possibility to give external likes to the hive, visualization counter and comments without upvote. </div><P/>

<div class="text-justify"> - Implement incentives for reading posts through minimal monetization, among other strategies applied to reading activity. </div><P/>

<div class="text-justify"> - The creation of a virtual gallery and library with posts, videos and digital artwork produced by the hivers, and evaluated by a jury composed of experts from the hive and outside it who are specialists in various scientific and artistic areas. They will perform a special curation of the selected productions and award them with NFT certificates or any other existing category.  </div><P/>
