### Task context:
Posting is probably the main feature Lions can engage with on Leo Finance. We have an [open task](https://leofinance.io/@leo.tasks/task-make-the-best-guide-to-posting-on-leo) about "Posting on Leo Finance", but the main question most newbies ask is "How do I increase my engagement, how do I grow my account, how can I reach a wider audience, and how can I maximize my post rewards".

That's a tricky one, because we want #NewLions to come for the engagement and to interact with the community, and then the rewards will come their way. We want Lions to care about rewards but not as their main intention, because neither Leo Finance nor Hive is a short-term, cash cow, get rich quick crypto platform. It is a long-term, buidl & hodl mentality ecosystem.

### Task description:
Create the best, most thorough and most detailed WRITTEN guide to **Maximize the Leo Experience**. Make sure that if a newbie reads it they understand everything, and they don't need to ask any other question on discord. This guide will serve as the answer we will give when anyone asks *Anything related to making the best out of the Leo experience*.

Consider this task a **follow-up** guide for [The Ultimate Guide to Posting on Leo](https://leofinance.io/@leo.tasks/task-make-the-best-guide-to-posting-on-leo).

This guide will be the main resource for intermediate Lions who already know the basics but want to take that second step into growing on Leo Finance, so make sure you cover every single detail there is to know about engagement, interaction, reward optimization, growing an audience, finding like-minded people, make meaningful comments... anything that is relevant to the question "How do I get rewards?", "How can I get followers and votes?" and that sort of deals.

### Task gratitude:
This task is huge, so we decided to divide it into two posts. The user who claims this task can divide this guide into two posts in order to get twice the gratitude.
