We've been talking about a wide variety of features that we're rolling out to Threads. As we continue through [Open Alpha](https://alpha.leofinance.io), the amount of features we're rolling out is going to astonish you.

Many of these features are core features that have existed before on LeoFinance. Even more of these features are ones that never existed on LeoFinance. Many still are ones that have **never even existed on Hive**.

## The Everything App Vision

The new LeoFinance brings the Everything App into focus. We hope that you start to see this vision becoming reality. 

We've discussed some of the newest features that are about to go live. One of them is called "Polls". These will allow you to run **decentralized, on-chain voting polls** directly on the Hive blockchain!

One account, one vote. Now you'll be able to run even the simplest decentralized votes on Hive using Threads.

This Poll system is going to radically change the dynamics of using the Hive ecosystem. Just think of how popular Twitter polls has become. Companies, governments and people like Elon Musk who have a lot of power to influence things in the real world have used and regularly use Polls to ask their communities what to do next.

Now imagine the same system but on a blockchain. One thing I've always been passionate about when it comes to blockchain technology is the ability for blockchains to be used in political voting and governance.

Well... The Everything App is about to have that. We'll save this for another day. Today, let's talk about ticker symbols.

## Threads Update: Track $HIVE, $LEO and 20 Other Cryptos

Now you can track crypto asset prices on Threads by simply including the $ before you enter a ticker symbol in one of your threads.

This adds a lot of cool dynamics. Just imagine: the HIVE price is pumping. A lot of ***buzz*** is happening on Threads. People are talking about the HIVE price and where they think it's going... why they think it's pumping, etc.

Instead of just talking about it, now we can visually see the price. Not only that, but you actually get to see **a timestamp of the price when people posted a Thread about it**. 

## Timestamping Events

I bet that's a use case that you didn't expect. You'll be able to see what the price was of a coin when people were talking about it on Threads.

6 months from now, you could look back at Threads created today and see that people were going crazy for the HIVE price going over $0.50.

Who knows, maybe we'll be laughing at how crazy we were getting because the future price of HIVE is $5.

Imagine if you knew what the HIVE price was directly in your Hive content from 1, 2, 3, 5 years ago?

## More Coming to the Everything App

There are a lot more features like this that we have planned to deliver on Hive's Everything App. You can imagine things like Tickers, Polls and a wide variety of other integrations.

All of these integrations have the amazing potential to bring a dynamic experience to LeoFinance. 

We also just got word that LeoFinance's new Everything App (Threads -> https://alpha.leofinance.io) is **contributing more than 10% of all comments made on the Hive blockchain each month (75k comments / month on Threads and 700k total on Hive per month).**
