Un abrazo mis Hivers!
Les comento que ayer me quedé dormido desde las 7pm y me levanté hoy a las 9am, creo que desde que estudiaba en la secundaria con 14 años no dormía tantas horas seguidas. Por lo que me levanté súper relajado, tomé mi desayuno y decidí organizar una salida a la playa junto a mi familia.
Por suerte y ubicación geográfica nuestro hogar queda muy cerca de la playa, con decir que en nuestro vehículo nos toma no más de 10 minutos llegar al lugar y sentarnos en la arena a disfrutar el paisaje y escuchar la música que produce el oleaje.

I tell you that yesterday I fell asleep at 7pm and got up today at 9am, I think that since I was studying in high school when I was 14 years old, I haven't slept for so many hours in a row. So I got up super relaxed, had my breakfast and decided to organize a trip to the beach with my family.
Luckily and due to its geographical location, our home is very close to the beach, with saying that in our vehicle it takes us no more than 10 minutes to get to the place and sit on the sand to enjoy the landscape and listen to the music produced by the waves.

Mi hijo siempre es el que lleva el equipaje más pesado, le gusta cargar con juguetes, cámara, ropa, agua, comida, etc.. Sin embargo es el que más rápido se alista para ir, porque le encanta. Mi esposa y yo si nos regodeamos un poco antes de salir, pero al fin y al cabo es fin de semana, día de descanso y relax, así que sin apuros.

My son is always the one who carries the heaviest luggage, he likes to carry toys, camera, clothes, water, food, etc. However, he is the one who gets ready to go the fastest, because he loves it. My wife and I do gloat a bit before leaving, but after all it's the weekend, a day of rest and relaxation, so no rush.

Yo soy una persona que se considera amante de la playa, desde muy niño recuerdo que mi papá nos llevaba desde muy temprano y allí pasábamos todo el día, pero una cosa que no tolero es el sol. Mucha gente va a la playa en busca de sol para broncearse, pero yo no, yo soy del que busca inmediatamente al llegar una sombra bajo las palmeras. Así que mi bronceado es con el reflejo de los rayos solares nada más.

I am a person who considers himself a lover of the beach, since I was a child I remember that my dad would take us very early and we would spend the whole day there, but one thing I do not tolerate is the sun. Many people go to the beach in search of sun to tan, but not me, I am the one who immediately looks for shade under the palm trees when I arrive. So my tan is with the reflection of the sun's rays, nothing more.

Las olas son un elemento muy significativo para mí, es algo que va arraigado en mi cerebro que al escucharlas reventar contra la orilla inmediatamente entro en un estado de relajación puro que solo me provoca escuchar lo mismo una y otra vez.

The waves are a very significant element for me, it is something that is ingrained in my brain that when I hear them crash against the shore I immediately enter a state of pure relaxation that only makes me listen to the same thing over and over again.

Considero que la playa es un sitio de reencuentro familiar, con amistades y un lugar para la relajación mental. Una terapia playera es algo que todos deberíamos tener por lo menos una vez al mes. Sentarse y ver el infinito, perderse en la inmensidad del mar e imaginar que nada más existe, que por solo un momento eres tú y las olas. Eso hermanos míos se llama paz.

I consider the beach to be a place for family reunions, with friends and a place for mental relaxation. A beach therapy is something that we should all have at least once a month. Sit and see infinity, lose yourself in the immensity of the sea and imagine that nothing else exists, that for just a moment it is you and the waves. That my brothers is called peace.
