Why else? Probably, the ability to adequately perceive time in moments of stressful and deadly (or, as I say, super stressful) situations would be very useful. If a person managed to achieve this, he could avoid many and many disasters.
So, Time, according to the majority, constantly and continuously always and everywhere, it flows only in one direction, with one speed, it can not be changed by Nature, man or machine. Is this really so? Let's first try to understand at least one such property: somehow we are accustomed to that Time for man always flows the same way. Eyewitnesses described the phenomena seen, which could only be confirmed by accelerated filming; in just a fraction of a second they did dozens and hundreds of times more cases than people with the best reaction could do! It's a pity that such tricks never brought pleasure to a person, although they often saved us from imminent death.
