Herb Garlic Flat Breads

This is a simple recipe to make herb garlic flat breads. 

First up the disclaimer, I cook by feeling, sight and taste rather than by measurement.

- about 500 g plain flour
- sunflower seeds ( or whatever you have on hand)
- 1 soup broth cube
- a dash of olive oil
- two tea spoons of pesto
- fresh herbs from the garden, oregano, rosemary, thyme, finely chopped
- two toes of garlic, or more depending on your taste, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Bring a pan to heat with oil, form hand sized patties from the dough and lay them in the hot oil. Keep turning them until brown.

The can be eaten hot or cold. I prefer them warm. There were more in bowl, but I ate them before I remembered to photo graph them. 😀
