Panda has a several different aspect that you can think of for most job board such as, being integrated to be an active used tool which directly enable to contact with the community, focusing on perks and as well as providing well desired metrics for job posts.

Panda is a lot different from your most classical job board that you can see and the recruiters is interested more on the person who is using Panda because of the up to date industry news.
