Es originario de la zona Mediterránea y sus hojas son utilizadas para remedios y en la cocina. El Laurel de utiliza para comidas e infusiones muy pocas veces como incienso. Así que me atreví.  1. Si tienes la planta en tu huerto toma algunas hojas no muy cerca del tallo y procurando que no sea cuando el sol este muy fuerte. 2. Lavar y secar muy bien, evitas las hojas sucias o la que tengan algún tipo de presencia de hongos. 3. Poner a secar por lo menos por dos semanas y está listo para utilizar. Cómo les venía contando este mes ha sido de limpieza en la casa así que hoy decidí tomar un tiempo para mí y está limpieza de energías. 1. En primer lugar me di refrescante baño, aprovechado que tenía un jabón de avena guardado lo saqué para dar un toque extra a este momento de paz. 2. Coloque las hojas de *Laurel* en un pequeño plato de vidrio, estás ya las tenía seca de hace unos días. 3. Coloque una canción agradable y motivadora, y me dispuse a mi momento a solas. > La canción es precisamente la que están escuchando. 4. Encendí las hojas y deje que ellas hicieran el resto del trabajo. Un olor sutil pero penetrante invadió el espacio y poco a poco todo fue cambiando. La energía del *Laurel* hacia su efecto.
