 US-based SpaceFund, a venture capital firm focusing on utilizing blockchain technology to fund space startups has announced the development of the world’s first space security token. Accredited investors will have better access to startups through the fund, which is well known for its insight on NewSpace, the term coined for the private space flight industry. Only US-based investors will be allowed to purchase tokens initially, with SpaceFund planning to open investment opportunities internationally, with Switzerland as its next aim through a partnership with Smart Valor investment platform which has received regulatory approval to conduct token sales.
