<center>*Muchas veces nos vemos sumidos en una lucha constante, nos llegamos a sentir a veces que ya no podemos más, sentimos que nuestras emociones son peor que una montaña rusa.
<br>
Cuando te montas por voluntad propia en una montaña rusa eres consciente que vas a experimentar altos y bajos, de una manera u otra estás preparado para vivirlo e incluso hasta para disfrutarla.
<br>
En nuestro caso cuando son tantas y tantas adversidades a las que constantemente nos vemos sometidos llega un momento que si no tenemos suficiente madurez podemos caer en mucha depresión y tristeza.
<br>
Nosotros estamos diseñados para ser felices, la inmensa mayoría de las personas, eso es lo que buscamos cada día de nuestra vida, pero muchas veces se nos hace cuesta arriba.
<br>
Por eso a cada día hay que ponerle una buena dosis de optimismo, de buen ánimo y por supuesto de buena actitud, para no sucumbir antes tantos acontecimientos que nos pueden nublar el juicio.
<br>
Si te gusta cantar, por tus canciones favoritas y cántalas para que así poco a poco vayas recobrando la energía y el deseo de vivir cobre vigor en ti.
<br>
Mírate al espejo y sé feliz con lo que veas, porque eso eres tú, con todos tus defectos y tus hermosas virtudes, no permitas que los problemas te agobien y te hagan infeliz.
<br>
Si tienes el privilegio de hacerlo también sal y toma aire fresco,  mira al cielo que es vasto e infinito y también recibe con agradecimiento y agrado los rayos del imponente sol.
<br>
Disfruta de esas pequeñas cosas de la vida, están allí todas disponible para mí y también para ti. Sé bondadoso y amable contigo mismo, tenemos derecho a ser feliz.
<br>
Cuando tengas la oportunidad de estar en compañía de los niños, date el permiso de hablar y jugar con ellos, porque ellos con su amor e inocencia te pueden brindar cosas lindas que aprender.
<br>
Así de sacúdete toda esa tristeza que te traen todas las adversidades y disfruta de lo que tengas, sea poco o mucho. Sí, seamos felices es una responsabilidad que todos tenemos. Dios siempre nos bendice.*</center>

That's why every day we have to put a good dose of optimism, good spirits and of course a good attitude, so we don't succumb to so many events that can cloud our judgment.

If you like to sing, get your favorite songs and sing them so that little by little you can regain your energy and the desire to live will come back to you.
<br>
Go to the mirror and be happy with what you see, because that is you, with all your defects and your beautiful virtues, do not let the problems overwhelm you and make you unhappy.
<br>
If you have the privilege to do so also go out and take fresh air, look at the sky which is vast and infinite and also receive with gratitude and pleasure the rays of the imposing sun.
<br>
Enjoy those little things in life, they are all there available to me and also to you. Be kind and gentle with yourself, we have a right to be happy.
<br>
When you have the opportunity to be in the company of children, give yourself permission to talk and play with them, because they with their love and innocence can give you beautiful things to learn.
<br>
So shake off all that sadness that all adversities bring you and enjoy what you have, whether it is little or much. Yes, let's be happy is a responsibility we all have. God always blesses us.*</center>
