<center><h1>Por momentos todo pierde sentido </h1></center>

En muchas ocasiones de mi vida he sentido que todo pierde sentido, es como si me desenfocara y con mucha preocupación me dedico a tener ese dialogo interior, en el que me repito todas las veces que haga falta, que todo va a estar bien, que vendrán tiempos mejores, que toda está locura que estamos viviendo y que nos ha cambiado la vida va a pasar. Eso me da cierta tranquilidad, pero la realidad es que si no somos realmente cuidadosos podemos perder hasta la fe, nos podemos sentir muy mal, hasta el grado de sentir que ya la vida no tiene un verdadero sentido. 

>On many occasions in my life I have felt that everything loses meaning, it is as if I was losing focus and with much concern I dedicate myself to have that inner dialogue, in which I repeat to myself as many times as necessary, that everything will be fine, that better times will come, that all this madness that we are living and that has changed our lives will pass. That gives me some peace of mind, but the reality is that if we are not really careful we can lose faith, we can feel very bad, to the point of feeling that life has no real meaning.  

Una vez que soy consciente de esos pensamientos negativos que no le aportan ningún sentido práctico a mi vida, trato de hacer una lista donde establezco todas las cosas hermosas y valiosas  que he logrado a largo de mi vida, como lo son mi familia, mis amigos que  afortunadamente son muchos.  Eso me ayuda a ver el problema desde otra óptica.  Así logro salir de toda la vorágine de pensamientos que me vienen a la cabeza y con lo que la inmensa mayoría de las veces, lo único que logro es no poder conciliar el sueño. 

>Once I am aware of those negative thoughts that do not bring any practical sense to my life, I try to make a list where I establish all the beautiful and valuable things I have achieved throughout my life, such as my family, my friends who fortunately are many.    This helps me to see the problem from another point of view.    That way I can get out of the maelstrom of thoughts that come to my head and with which the vast majority of the time, the only thing I achieve is not being able to sleep.

Por eso sé lo importante que es tener quietud de pensamiento, no permitir que nuestra mente  vuele, que divague y nos impida sentir que ha pesar de todos los problemas que he tenido que afrontar, a pesar de todo eso, sigo siendo afortunada porque gozo de muchas cosas buenas y que es muy posible que muchos deseen tener, como son principalmente tener una salud buena, sentir el amor de nuestros seres queridos, entre muchas otras cosas. 

>That is why I know how important it is to have stillness of thought, not allowing our mind to fly, to wander and prevent us from feeling that despite all the problems I have had to face, despite all that, I am still fortunate because I enjoy many good things and it is very possible that many people wish to have them, such as having good health, feeling the love of our loved ones, among many other things.  

La realidad es que debemos tener mucho  cuidado para no caer en un hoyo profundo del desánimo del cual luego es muy difícil salir, debemos por tanto echar mano a lo mejor que tengamos para no permitir por ningún motivo sentirnos desmotivados y sin deseos de no hacer nada. Más bien  es vital que una vez que logramos identificar el problema, debemos luchar con todas nuestras fuerzas para seguir adelante, dando lo mejor que tenemos, esforzándonos por ser buenas personas, a hacer nuestro trabajo con entusiasmo, dedicación, esmero, y siempre dando lo mejor dentro de nuestras circunstancias sean estas buenas o malas. 

The reality is that we must be very careful not to fall into a deep hole of discouragement from which it is very difficult to get out, so we must use the best we have to not allow for any reason to feel unmotivated and unwilling to do nothing. Rather it is vital that once we manage to identify the problem, we must fight with all our strength to move forward, giving the best we have, striving to be good people, to do our work with enthusiasm, dedication, care, and always giving the best within our circumstances whether they are good or bad.
