***¿Qué sucede cuando consideras que tus mayores fortalezas son también tus mayores debilidades?*** Es una lucha interna que debo admitir que existe en mí desde hace mucho tiempo, al menos desde que tengo conciencia siempre ha sido de esta manera.

También ***tengo muchas debilidades, no sólo en las que pienso en la pregunta principal.*** De seguro si me conoces en persona verás en mi muchas más de las que puedo reconocer aún, pero esto es un proceso continuo de autoconocimiento, de ver siempre en tu interior lo que exteriorizas al mundo.

***Pensar en mi pasado me ayuda mucho cuando quiero ser consiente de que tantas fortalezas tengo***, tantas como para superar cada una de las adversidades de mi vida y aunque aún sigue siendo de esta manera, hoy en día estoy feliz de ser consiente de estas debilidades que también son mis fortalezas.

>***I also have many weaknesses, not only those I think about in the main question.*** Surely if you know me in person you will see in me many more than I can recognize yet, but this is a continuous process of self-knowledge, of always seeing within yourself what you externalise to the world.

De esas personas que disfruta estar rodeadas de muchísimas otras personas, que puede hacer amistades con facilidad porque relacionarse con otras personas no es complicado, ***soy de esas personas que se amoldan fácilmente a un ambiente nuevo porque no teme relacionarse***; en definitiva, conozco  muchas personas.

>Of those people who enjoy being surrounded by many other people, who can make friends easily because relating to other people is not complicated, ***I am one of those people who easily adapts to a new environment because they are not afraid to relate***; in short, I know many people.

Siempre he considerado esta mi mayor fortaleza, me ha permitido no sentirme fuera de lugar y sentirme siempre cálida, siempre en compañía y ***me ha permito forjar mi carisma***, siempre apoyando a quienes llegan a mi vida.

***Pero también es mi mayor debilidad***; hay oportunidades donde estoy sola, tan sola, que emocionalmente decaigo mucho. Siento una inseguridad y una vulnerabilidad cuando esto ocurre, la sensación  es vacía y fría; creo que es primera vez que admito esto.

Esto es una gran fortaleza porque me ha permitido involucrarme de manera positiva en nuevos proyectos, tareas o actividades laborales. ***Es muy probable que si llego a algún lugar quiera apoyar a quiénes están ahí***, en muchas ocasiones esto me ha facilitado una buena integración y un aprendizaje muy rápido; estar inmersa en las actividades me permite conocer, explorar y aprender de mi entorno.

>This is a great strength because it has allowed me to get involved in a positive way in new projects, tasks or work activities. ***It is very likely that if I get somewhere I want to support those who are there***, in many occasions this has facilitated a good integration and a very fast learning; being immersed in the activities allows me to know, explore and learn from my environment.

Esto de ser proactiva suena como un cuento color de rosas *¿Eh? ¡pero no es así!* ***Ser proactiva emana de mi la personalidad de liderazgo que poseo*** y esto en ocasiones puede ser un choque con otras personalidades parecidas a la mía, tal vez también pueda crear conflictos en las actividades que realice. Usualmente puede que me digan que ***"me meto en lo que no debo".***
>This being proactive sounds like a bedtime story, *but it's not!* ***Being proactive emanates from me the leadership personality I possess*** and this can sometimes clash with other personalities similar to mine, perhaps it can also create conflict in the activities I perform. I may often be told that I ***"get into things I shouldn't".***
