But what about holding SD to let interest accrue there so you can cash out however much you want as often as you want? Something of a compromise between powering up for voting power at the loss of the ability to withdraw quickly and a quick way to take advantage of price fluctuations in the exchanges while generating interest on its own.

Yes, indeed! I actually added that to an older version of the flowchart, and you can see it in that older guide I wrote. But felt the meagre 10% interest per annum did not fit any of the categories suitable for this flowchart.

I also just read the white paper section about interest again and if I'm reading it right SD won't even be paying interest out currently as it's valued over 1 USD. Plus, 10% isn't a hard set number anyway.
