# Covid-19 Vaccination Status Passports: Collusion between Microsoft, Big-Tech, the Rockefeller Foundation

Well, here we go again.
The globalists just can't stop it already with their wet dream of jabbing the entire planet with their [deadly Covid-19 vaccines](https://www.zerohedge.com/covid-19/55-americans-have-died-following-covid-vaccination-norway-deaths-rise-29) (in the name of [population control](https://hive.blog/informationwar/@libertyacademy/expose-billgates-covid-19-id2020-who-cdc-bigpharma-gavi-rockefeller-connecting-the-dots) of course).
The usual culprits - [Bill Gates](https://hive.blog/informationwar/@libertyacademy/expose-billgates-covid-19-id2020-who-cdc-bigpharma-gavi-rockefeller-connecting-the-dots), [Big-Tech](https://hive.blog/informationwar/@libertyacademy/death-of-free-speech-by-amazon-apple-and-big-tech-call-on-hive-community-for-complete-boycott), [Rockefellers](https://hive.blog/deepdives/@libertyacademy/part-6a-the-rockefeller-foundation-of-the-expose-billgates-covid-19-id2020-who-cdc-bigpharma-gavi-rockefeller-connecting-the), & [World Economic Forum](https://www.activistpost.com/2020/02/technocracy-the-digital-panopticon-of-the-world-economic-forum.html)- are once again hard at work in trying to promote and impose this tragedy upon humanity.

Rather than focusing on the [grim details](https://www.zerohedge.com/covid-19/microsoft-big-tech-coalition-developing-rockefeller-funded-covid-passports) of this diabolical endeavor, I'd rather shift my attention to something perhaps even more important, namely **how *you* can refuse to participate in all of this ongoing and upcoming nonsense by letting any abusive authority figures and agencies know about your fundamental human rights.**
## What are your rights?

**What are your rights with respect to being either forced to vaccinate or coerced into doing so (for fear of not being able to travel, go back to work, etc.)?**
While many in the truth community often make reference to the **[Nuremberg Code](https://everipedia.org/wiki/lang_en/Nuremberg_Code)**, the following must be emphasized regarding this code [**emphasis added**]:
> The Nuremberg Code has **not been officially accepted as law by any nation or as official ethics guidelines by any association**. (*see the Significance section of the [Everipedia article](https://everipedia.org/wiki/lang_en/Nuremberg_Code)*)
This is an important point (that it is not law adopted by any nation).
However, the reference article does state:

## The Law, Actually, is Clearly on Your Side

Here's **where the law *is* on your side though**:
The **[International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights](https://www.ohchr.org/EN/ProfessionalInterest/Pages/CCPR.aspx)** from the **United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner** (URL: [https://www.ohchr.org/EN/ProfessionalInterest/Pages/CCPR.aspx](https://www.ohchr.org/EN/ProfessionalInterest/Pages/CCPR.aspx)) **clearly states in Article 7:**
> **International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights**, Adopted and opened for signature, ratification and accession by General Assembly resolution 2200A (XXI) of 16 December 1966 entry into force 23 March 1976, in accordance with Article 49, *source: https://www.ohchr.org/EN/ProfessionalInterest/Pages/CCPR.aspx*

> No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In particular, **no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation.**
As no one shall be subjected **without his free consent** to medical or scientific experimentation, **this clearly outlines your rights not to be forced to take a vaccination - certainly not an experimental one which many from Pfizer, Moderna, and others actually are - against your will.**
**And any person or entity enforcing this upon you would be in direct violation of this legal right** and could thus be **subject to legal action and possibly prosecuted.**
If you want to make sure that your country adheres to this covenant by the United Nations, you can consult the [official list of 173 countries](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Covenant_on_Civil_and_Political_Rights#Parties_to_the_Covenant) that have legalized this covenant in their own legislatures. If you feel this legal backdrop to protect your medical rights is not enough then I suggest you reinforce it with what follows.
## Draft yourself a 'Notice of Liability' (for your added protection)

If you feel that you will trapped into a situation were some "authoritative" figure or entity will seek to impose a vaccine or unwanted medical procedure on you (or your children), you can always create form called **Notice of Liability**.
You can search the net for some templates but the general idea here is to write a formal single page document that would contain the following:
- Title **Notice of Liability**, or **Notice of Medical Liability**
- A space to inscribe the **date**
- Your **full name** and **date of birth**
- An **underlined section** at the bottom of the form (where the person who is wishing to administer the vaccine on you will both **PRINT their name** and also **sign** it). The **name of the organization** this person represents can also be inscribed there if desired.
- **Text** to the following effect:
>- **"I must state that I have legitimate concerns regarding the safety risks associated with this vaccine and am not comfortable in receiving it."**
>
>- **"I will consent to taking your vaccine if you can prove to me that it is safe and effective and it hasn't harmed anyone so far."**
>
>- **"I will only consent to receive this vaccine if you agree to accept the liability associated with it by signing this form and commit to accept full responsibility should any medical, clinical, bodily, mental, physiological, psychological, or emotional harm results from its administration into my body.**
>
>- **You agree to be held personally and financially (including related financial costs such as hospitalization, medical treatment, and required medications) responsible for any damages incurred to me as a result of the administration of this vaccine.**
You can also request that they provide you with the **vaccine manufacturer's insert** for the particular vaccine they want to administer on you; and **ask for their guarantee that you will not suffer from any of the side-effects or contraindications found therein.**
That should be enough to scare or deter any person from imposing their will on you even in the performance of their job duties.
I cannot properly recall from whom I had initially heard about this idea; it could have been Canadian [Christopher James](https://awarriorcalls.com/about/) from [awarriorcalls.com](https://awarriorcalls.com) or [Crrow777 ](https://www.crrow777radio.com/); both have appeared on [SGTreport](https://www.bitchute.com/channel/nLPcg68RnP97/) numerous times and you can probably find previous interviews with them via that link.
Regardless, the idea is simple, yet **can easily serve as a strong deterrent and for legal defense.**
It could be a good idea to **create this form in advance, print one or more copies to carry on you** to be used if things get really bad in the near future.
If ever you do use such a form and the other party signs it, immediately make copies and you can also contact a lawyer or notary to notarize or register it with them. Keep the original signed copy in safe keeping.
## Push Back

Another thing we all need to do is firstly, to keep an eye on our respective jurisdictions (state/provincial, municipal) to see what bills or law projects are in the works regarding forced vaccinations and forced medical interventions. If they do arise, you need to inform as many people as possible in order to make enough noise to vilify their authors and demand the immediate abolishment of such projects.
