There are many playable games on the **Hive** blockchain, and there are also many game projects in development.

Among the projects of games in development that I am interested in [Holozing](https://holozing.com/) occupies an important place.

Holozing has completed the **Pre-alpha** phase of development and is in the **Closed Alpha** phase.

In the current month is scheduled **the sale of the Genesis Starter Packs** and being very interested in this project I will try to increase the liquidity in my Holozing piggy bank to be ready when the sale of the first in-game assets of Holozing starts.

In summary **to play Holozing** you will need to:
- **purchase a license** as on Splinterlands.
- **buy a Healers** to control creatures.
- **buy a creature**.


Then there will be **items** which although they will not be among the prerequisites to start playing **will be important elements in the game**.

While waiting to know new details about the sale of starter packs **I continue to accumulate ZING tokens**, Holozing's native tokens, and also continue to monitor their value.

In fact, I like to monitor at more or less regular time intervals the value of the assets of the projects in which I am interested and today, after 19 days since my last [post](https://peakd.com/hive-131131/@libertycrypto27/holozing-focus-on-zing-market-value-and-distribution-methods-my-road-to-50k-zing-engita) about the ZING token [HOLOZING](https://holozing. com/), I return to share **my focus on the ZING token with an analysis on what has changed in a 19-day time frame**: December 20, 2023 (20:00 UTC+1) - January 8, 2024 (20:00 UTC+1).

The **ZING** token is a second-level token of Hive and can currently be:
- **purchased**
- **sold**
- **transferred**
- **stacked** to earn additional ZING tokens through a **[claimdrop on an hourly basis](https://holozing.com/rewards)**


ZING tokens](https://hive-engine.com/trade/ZING) are distributed via **4 distribution methods**.

Each distribution method has an **APR** (Annual Percentage Rate) that you can monitor at any time in the [Rewards](https://holozing.com/rewards) section of the Holozing website.

Today **January 8, 2024 - 20:00 UTC+1**:
- the **ZING** token has a **market price = $0.005**.
- **Circulating Supply**: 21.63 million
- **Total staked**: 17.05 million
- **Market Cap**: 114.81k USD

In the next table you can see **the market value of tokens linked to ZING token distribution methods**: HIVE, ZING and POSH (January 8, 2024 - 20:00 UTC+1).

In the next tables you can see **the differences in HIVE and dollar values** recorded by the **ZING** and **POSH** tokens over a 19-day time interval.

In a 19-day time interval (**December 20, 2023 - January 8, 2024**):
- the **HIVE** token decreased in value against the dollar: **-4.52%**
- the **ZING** token increased in value against the dollar:
	- **+22.45%** compared to the value Highest Bid
	- **+18.07%** compared to the Lowest Ask value
- the **POSH** token recorded two opposite changes against the dollar:
	- **+0.68%** compared to the Highest Bid value
	- **-2.61%** relative to the Lowest Ask value.




One data point I like to monitor is **the propensity for staking of ZING token holders** because in my opinion it is always an important element in the tokenomics of a blockchain project when a token has staking functionality.


In the time interval December 20, 2023 - January 8, 2024, the staking propensity of ZING token holders increased: **77.54% -> 78.83%** = **+1.29%**.

Holozing even though it is under development is confirmed to be a project with a solid foundation because **78.83% of ZING tokens are staked** and this means that ZING token holders prefer to keep their tokens in staking to earn more ZING tokens instead of keeping them liquid or instead of selling them.

Today, after 19 days, I also recalculated what is **the best and cheapest way to earn ZING tokens among the 4 options that can be chosen**.
In order to show the results in a way that is more easily understood by everyone and especially those who are not familiar with the term APR, I preferred to start from an investment expressed in dollars instead of an investment expressed in tokens.
I considered the **hypothetical case of an investor** who today January 8, 2024 20:00 UTC+1 wants to invest **$10** with the goal of earning the most **ZING**.

The best way to earn ZING tokens is always **add liquidity to the ZING:SWAP.HIVE** pool, which allows you to earn **10.98 ZING per day = $0.05779 per day** with an initial investment of **10$**.


What has changed from 19 days ago?

Compared with 19 days ago, the total amount of HP tokens delegated to the zingtoken account has increased, and because of this, the daily amount of ZING tokens that can be earned through HP delegation has decreased: **-5.54%**

The decrease in the Lowest Ask value of POSH tokens produced an increase in the amount of ZING tokens earnable through **holding POSH tokens**: **+2.68%**

Instead, the amount of ZING tokens earnable daily from a $10 investment to add SWAP.HIVE and ZING into the **ZING:SWAP.HIVE** pool decreased: **-33.24%**

Buying + staking ZING tokens is the option with the largest percentage decrease in a 19-day time interval = **-37.06%**.

My **investment strategy on Holozing has always been a dynamic strategy** which I have changed and modified according to the changing APR of different ZING token distribution methods and have often shared in my previous posts.


To date, I have focused heavily on the **pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE** in which I have continuously added liquidity and in which I have a SHARE = 0.68%.

**With the sale of Starter packs approaching, my strategy changes again**.

As on Splinterlands also on Holozing I will most likely prefer to have more in-game assets rather than tokens because my main goal is to play and have fun.


By the way **to buy starter packs you will not be able to use ZING tokens but you will be able to use other tokens including HIVE and HBD** and ZING tokens might lose value if many players sell them in exchange for SWAP.HIVE to buy starter packs.

For these reasons, until the start of the sale of starter packs, my strategy will be based more on increasing the size of my Holozing piggy bank and less on adding liquidity to the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool in order to have more liquidity to buy Holozing in-game assets.


I will continue to add liquidity to the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool but, until the starter packs start selling, I will sell 75%-80% of the rewards I get from the pool to accumulate SWAP.HIVE which I will use to purchase Holozing NFTs.   

By the way **Holozing packs and NFTs will also allow you to receive ZING tokens** and I like the choice of rewarding those who open packs more than those who don't.

I will conclude this post by sharing my progress toward my accumulation goal for ZING tokens: **50K ZING** (completion percentage: **69.46%**).

In un intervallo di tempo di 19 giorni (**20 dicembre 2023 - 8 gennaio 2024**):
- il token **HIVE** ha diminuito il suo valore rispetto al dollaro: **-4.52%**
- il token **ZING** ha registrato un aumento di valore rispetto al dollaro:
	- **+22.45%**  rispetto al valore Highest Bid
	- **+18.07%** rispetto al valore Lowest Ask
- il token **POSH** ha registrato due variazioni di segno opposto rispetto al dollaro:
	- **+0.68%** rispetto al valore Highest Bid
	- **-2.61%** rispetto al valore Lowest Ask


Un dato che mi piace monitorare è **la propensione allo staking dei possessori dei token ZING** perchè secondo me è sempre un elemento importante nella tokenomics di un progetto blockchain quando un token ha la funzionalità di staking.

Nell'intervallo di tempo 20 dicembre 2023 - 8 gennaio 2024 la propensione allo staking dei possessori di token ZING è aumentata: **77.54% -> 78.83%** = **+1.29%**.

Holozing anche se in fase di sviluppo si conferma un progetto con basi solide perchè il **78.83% dei token ZING è staked** e questo vuol dire che i possessori di token ZING preferiscono tenere i loro token in staking per guadagnare altri token ZING invece di tenerli liquidi o invece di venderli.

Oggi, dopo 19 giorni, ho ricalcolato qual'è **il modo migliore e più economico per guadagnare i token ZING tra le 4 opzioni sceglibili**.
Per mostrare i risultati in modo più facilmente comprensibile per tutti e soprattutto per chi non conosce bene il termine APR ho preferito partire da un investimento espresso in dollari invece che da un investimento espresso in tokens.
Ho considerato il **caso ipotetico di un investitore** che oggi 8 gennaio 2024 ore 20:00 UTC+1 vuole investire **10$** con l'obiettivo di guadagnare il maggior numero di **ZING**.

Il miglior modo per guadagnare i token ZING è sempre l'**aggiunta di liquidità alla pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE** che permette di guadagnare **10.98 ZING al giorno = 0.05779$ al giorno** con un investimento iniziale di **10$**.

Cosa è cambiato rispetto a 19 giorni fa?

Rispetto a 19 giorni fa è aumentato il totale di token HP delegati all'account zingtoken e per questo motivo è diminuito il quantitativo giornaliero di token ZING guadagnabili tramite la delegazione in HP: **-5.54%**

La diminuzione del valore Lowest Ask dei token POSH ha prodotto un aumento del quantitativo di token ZING guadagnabili tramite l'**holding dei token POSH**: **+2.68%**

Diminuisce il quantitativo di token ZING guadagnabili giornalmente da un investimento di 10$ per aggiungere SWAP.HIVE e ZING nella pool **ZING:SWAP.HIVE**: **-33.24%**

L'acquisto + staking dei token ZING è l'opzione che registra la più grande diminuzione percentuale in un intervallo di tempo di 19 giorni = **-37.06%**.

## <center>La modifica alla mia strategia di investimento</center>

La **mia strategia di investimento su Holozing è sempre stata una strategia dinamica** che ho cambiato e modificato in base al cambiamento dell'APR dei diversi metodi di distribuzione dei token ZING.

Fino ad oggi ho puntato molto sulla **pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE** in cui ho continuamente aggiunto liquidità e in cui ho uno SHARE = 0.68%.

Come su Splinterlands anche su Holozing preferirò con molta probabilità avere più in-game assets piuttosto che tokens perchè il mio obiettivo principale è giocare e divertirmi.

Tra l'altro **per acquistare gli starter packs non sarà possibile utilizzare i token ZING ma si potranno utilizzare altri token tra cui HIVE e HBD** e i token ZING potrebbero perdere valore se molti giocatori li venderanno in cambio di SWAP.HIVE per acquistare gli starter packs.

Per questo motivo fino all'inizio della vendita degli starter packs il mio focus sarà più sull'ingrandire il mio Holozing salvadanaio e meno nell'aggiungere liquidità alla pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE per avere una maggiore liquidità per acquistare gli in-game assets di Holozing.

Continuerò ad aggiungere liquidità alla pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE ma, fino all'inizio della vendita degli starter packs, venderò il 75%-80% delle ricompense che otterrò dalla pool per accumulare SWAP.HIVE che utilizzerò per acquistare gli NFT di Holozing.   

Tra l'altro **i pacchi e gli NFT di Holozing permetteranno di ricevere anche dei token ZING** e mi piace la scelta di premiare più chi apre i pacchi rispetto a chi non li apre.

Concordo con la tua previsione: anch'io sto monitorando attentamente il valore di ZING per cogliere qualche trend a ribasso, anche se immagino che i primi veri segnali li vedremo quando verrà annunciata la data ufficiale di vendita degli Starter Packs. Inoltre, un'altra cosa a cui stare attenti secondo me è anche il totale degli ZING staked: penso che molti di coloro che vorranno convertirli per acquistare assets non abbiano ancora cominciato la procedura di unstake (dato che ancora non c'è una data certa), per cui nel momento in cui dovesse esserci una variazione importante nel numero di ZING staked, potrebbe voler dire che sta per giungere il momento in cui le persone cominceranno a vendere le proprie riserve in maniera aggressiva. Te che ne pensi? A quel punto io credo che rimuoverò tutta la liquidità dalla pool, per evitare di subire un'eccessiva impermanent loss, e terrò da parte una piccola quantità degli Swap.Hive che ho messo da parte sino ad ora per provare a comprare un po' di ZING ove tocchino qualche valore molto basso.

Si rimuovere la liquidità da una pool quando prevedi grosse fluttuazioni è sempre una scelta sensata. Io aumenterò la vendita dei token fino alla vendita dei pacchi anche per coprirmi dall'impermanent loss perchè non ho il tempo per monitorare costantemente le fluttuazioni dei token SWAP.HIVE e ZING ;)

si è quello il comando anche se io lo scrivo in piccolo ma penso che sia uguale.

It's quite fast to see that closed alpha. Projects tend to take quite a bit longer and I think it shows that the team behind it is confident in the game. Good luck. I don' think I'll jump in right away as splinterlands and other games take up enough time as it is, but maybe later down the line.
