I'm **Zulay Pulido**, **Hive Apprentice**, with **Philosophical Thought**.

# ¿Aún No Estás en Hive? ¿Qué esperas? #

**Hive** no es simplemente una cadena de bloques, es una decisión, una mentalidad y una comunidad de ideas afines que comparte el crecimiento de todos sus integrantes.

Hola, queridos amigos **Hivers**.

Soy **Zulay Pulido**, **Aprendiz de Hive**, con **Pensamiento Filosófico**.

# WHAT

Talking about **Hive** in short words would be very simple. **Hive** is truly a great platform built with the effort of many to generate motivation and profit for all.

At **Hive** you can find not only financial remuneration for your work, but a large accumulation of interesting experiences that will drive you to be an excellent blogger and develop your personal skills.

**Hive** offers a multiplicity of options that stimulate learning and the expression of abilities in different areas of human endeavor. Here, you will surely find an interesting space to demonstrate your expertise and knowledge.

Hablar de **Hive** en cortas palabras sería muy simple. Hive, es realmente una gran plataforma construida con el esfuerzo de muchos para generar motivación y ganancias para todos.

En **Hive** puedes encontrar no solo retribución económica para tu trabajo, sino un gran cúmulo de experiencias interesantes que te impulsarán a ser un excelente bloguero(a) y a desarrollar tus capacidades personales. 

**Hive** ofrece una multiplicidad de opciones que  estimulan el aprendizaje y la expresión de las habilidades en los diferentes ámbitos del quehacer humano. Aquí, seguramente encontrarás un espacio interesante para demostrar tus destrezas y saberes.

# WHY

**Hive** is completely different in essence and form from other social networks, for many reasons:

We have no owner or owners, this parallel world belongs to all of us who present our work here daily. It is truly decentralized and the power is shared among all.

We have built a large scaffold on solid foundations. Those above hold and pull those below; those below produce the feed that supports those above. The ascent is facilitated with the help and reinforcement of all.

We use this space to show **productive work** and to **beautify our environment**. **Excellent Quality is our banner**.

But, in addition, here we find very important aspects: **Solidarity, Fraternity, Camaraderie, Friendship, Good intentions, Sponsorship and Support for our work, which makes Hive, by itself, a Work of Art.**

And finally, your work is financially rewarded.

For these and other important reasons, **Hive makes a difference**.

# POR QUÉ

**Hive** es completamente diferente en esencia y forma a otras redes sociales, por muchas razones:

No tenemos dueño ni dueños, este mundo paralelo es de todos los que aquí exponemos diariamente nuestro trabajo. Es realmente descentralizado y el poder está repartido entre todos.

Hemos construido un gran andamio sobre bases sólidas. Los de arriba, sostienen y halan a los de abajo; los de abajo, producen los cimientos que sirven de sustento a los de arriba. El ascenso se facilita con el auxilio y el refuerzo de todos.

Somos una **gran Comunidad de apoyo mutuo** donde **el plagio, el spam y la mala educación son rechazados**.

Usamos este espacio para mostrar un **trabajo productivo** y para **embellecer nuestro entorno**. **La Excelente Calidad es nuestro estandarte.**

Pero, además, aquí encontramos aspectos muy importantes: **Solidaridad, Fraternidad, Camaradería, Amistad, Buenas intenciones, Patrocinio y Respaldo a nuestra obra, lo cual hace de Hive, de por sí, una Obra de Arte.**

Y, por último, tu trabajo es recompensado económicamente.

Por estos y otros importantes motivos, **Hive hace la diferencia**.

# WHO

To better understand what we have at **Hive**, I always compare it to a **Shopping Center**, where each location, instead of being a store, is occupied by a **Community** that develops its work according to a specific theme.

There are many types of Communities: **Learning Centers, such as @theterminal and @mayvileros that strongly support new members; Art groups: Literature, Writing, Photography, Drawing, Animation, Graphic Design, Videos, Cinema, Radio, Music, Painting, DIY, Sculpture, coin collection and any other form of artistic expression; Sports and Physical Exercises; Science; Health and Naturopathic Medicine; Technology; Archeology and History; Animal Kingdom; Vegetal kingdom; Statistics; Video game; Cryptocurrencies; Money Exchange** and many more.

To help add profits, each **Community** produces its own **Contests** and we can all participate in each one if we wish.

A very warm atmosphere has been created among all the **Hivers**, which motivates us to continue and grow together on this beautiful platform.

We forge a friendship between people from the five continents. And, since we speak in different languages, we communicate through translators. **At Hive there are no barriers to communication.**

# QUIÉNES

Para entender mejor lo que tenemos en **Hive**, siempre lo comparo con un **Centro Comercial**, donde cada local, en vez de ser una tienda, está ocupado por una **Comunidad** que desarrolla su labor de acuerdo a un tema específico. 

Existen muchos tipos de Comunidades: **Centros de Aprendizaje, tales como: @theterminal y @mayvileros que apoyan fuertemente a los nuevos integrantes;  grupos de Arte: Literatura, Escritura, Fotografía, Dibujo, Animación, Diseño Gráfico,  Videos, Cine, Radio, Música, Pintura, Bricolaje, Escultura, colección de monedas y cualquier otra forma de expresión artística; Deportes y Ejercicios Físicos; Ciencia; Salud y Medicina Naturista; Tecnología; Arqueología e Historia; Reino Animal; Reino Vegetal; Estadísticas; Video Juegos; Criptomonedas; Casas de Cambio** y muchos más. 

Para ayudar a sumar ganancias, cada **Comunidad** produce sus propios **Concursos** y todos podemos participar en cada uno de ellos, si así lo deseamos.

Se ha creado un ambiente muy cálido entre todos los **Hivers**, que nos motiva a continuar y a crecer unidos en esta hermosa plataforma.

Forjamos amistad entre personas de los cinco continentes. Y, como hablamos en distintos idiomas, nos comunicamos por medio traductores. **En Hive no existen barreras para la Comunicación.**

https://hiveblocks.com/ We can obtain information about the **activities** that we carry out and that others carry out **in our account**.

https://hivebuzz.me/ Great system that permanently reminds us of the **achievements made on the platform and our new goals**.

https://hivebuzz.me/ranking Application that indicates which **Hive position or seat we are in**, compared to the rest of Hivers.

All these applications can be seen by any member of **Hive** and are updated in real-time. In other words, the digital history of everyone on the **Blockchain** is open and pointed out, moment by moment, with great accuracy.

Also, there are a number of digital applications necessary to encrypt our password and prevent theft of our rewards. Among them are **Hivesigner, Peaklock**, and others less frequented.

Additionally, there are a large number of applications for managing **Hive** from cellular devices.

As if that were not enough, we have an extraordinary platform called [**Discord**](https://discord.com/), which is a **Chat with great features**, from which we contact the communities to which we want to belong.

https://hiveinvite.com/   Medio para **invitar a amigos** a formar parte de **Hive**.

https://hivebuzz.me/   Gran sistema que nos recuerda permanentemente los **logros alcanzados** en la plataforma y nuestras **nuevas metas**.

https://hivebuzz.me/ranking  Aplicación que nos indica en **qué puesto o escaño de Hive nos encontramos**, con respecto al resto de Hivers.

Todas esas aplicaciones pueden ser vistas por cualquier miembro de **Hive** y se actualizan en tiempo real. Es decir, que la historia digital de cada uno en la **Blockchain** es abierta y señalada, momento a momento, con gran exactitud.

También, hay una serie de aplicaciones digitales necesarias para encriptar nuestra contraseña y evitar el robo de nuestras recompensas. Entre ellas se encuentran **Hivesigner, Peaklock** y otras menos frecuentadas.
