# Pflege von Innen 

Heute geht es weiter mit einem kleinen Gesundheitstipp.
Seit etwa einem halben Jahr nehme ich Kieselsäure-Gelkapseln ein.
Kieselsäure ist wichtig für Haut, Haare und Nägel.
Was soll ich sagen, bei mir und meiner Mittesterin ist die Haut super ebenmäßig und ganz ohne trockene Stellen.
Die Nägel sind fest und ganz ohne Risse.
Der eigentliche Knaller kommt aber bei den Haaren.
Der Haarwuchs ist deutlich erhöht, auch an kahleren Stellen und der Bartwuchs ist fest und drahtig. 

Nun ist meine Kur beendet und ich werde 90 Tage pausieren und dann wieder 90 Tage Kieselsäure. Dies werde ich auch beibehalten. 
Kieselsäure ist mehr als top.

In Ackerschachtelhalm ist auch viel Kieselsäure drin, welches sich erst bei höheren Temperaturen löst und somit vom Körper aufgenommen werden kann.

# Care from the inside 

Today we continue with a little health tip.
For about half a year I take silicic acid gel capsules.
Silicic acid is important for skin, hair and nails.
What can I say, with me and my fellow tester, the skin is super even and completely without dry spots.
The nails are firm and completely without cracks.
The real banger comes but with the hair.
The hair growth is clearly increased even in caler places and the beard growth is firm and wiry. 

Now my cure is finished and I will pause 90 days and then again 90 days silicic acid. I will also keep this. 
Silicic acid is more than top.
