## Guten Appetit

Heute haben wir einen Hokkoaido-Kürbis.
Dieser wird zu einer leckeren Suppe verarbeitet.
Dazu schälen und würfeln wir den Kürbis, Karotten, Ingwer und Zwiebel und dünsten sie in Butter an. 
Mit der Brühe aufgießen und in etwa 15-20 Minuten weich kochen. 
Dann sehr fein pürieren, eventuell durch ein Sieb streichen. 
Die Kokosmilch einrühren, mit Salz, Pfeffer, Sojasauce und Zitronensaft abschmecken und nochmals erhitzen. 
Mit Korianderblättern garniert servieren.

## Enjoy your meal

Today we have a Hokkoaido pumpkin.
This is made into a delicious soup.
To do this, peel and dice the pumpkin, carrots, ginger and onion, sauté in butter. 
Pour in the broth and cook until soft in about 15-20 minutes. 
Then puree very finely, possibly pass through a sieve. 
Stir in the coconut milk, season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice and heat up again. 
Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
