## Der Hauptgang

Heute geht es hier mit einem weiteren Fest weiter.
Bei uns ist heute Allerheiligen, das ein katholischer Feiertag ist, gestern war Luthers Reformationstag, der aber nicht frei war oder einen Brückentag für viele Arbeitnehmer bildete.

So gab es dann eine Schweinelende mit Champignon-Speck-Zwiebel-Sahnesauce.
Vom organisatorischen Ablauf her ist dies ein sehr einfaches Gericht. 
Alles wird gut angebraten und am Ende bindet man die Soße mit Hafermehl und gibt Gemüsebrühe dazu und zum Schluss noch etwas Sahne.

## Die Beilagensalate

Dazu gab es eine Beilage aus Spätzle und gemischtem Salat.
Sie sehen hier einmal jungen Blattspinat, mit Paprika und noch eigenen Tomaten.
Der zweite Salat ist ein weiterer grüner Salat, mit Gurke, Paprika und Tomate.
Beide Salate sind mit einer klassischen Vinegrette gemacht, d.h. mit Salz, Pfeffer,  Olivenöl, Paprika, Essig, gepresstem Knoblauch und einem kleinen Schuss Wasser.

## The  Main Course

Today we continue here with another feast.
With us today is All Saints Day which is a Catholic holiday, yesterday was Luther's Reformation Day which but was not free or a bridge day for many employees formed.

##  The Side salads

So there was then a pork loin with mushroom-bacon-onion-cream sauce.
From the organizational process, this is a very simple meal. 
All is well fried and at the end you bind the sauce with oatmeal and add vegetable broth and at the end a bit of cream.

In addition, there was a side dish of spaetzle and mixed salad.
You see here once young leaf spinach, with Paptika and still own tomatoes.
The second salad is another green salad, with cucumber, bell bell pepper and tomato.
Both salads are made with a classic Vinegrette i.e. with salt, bell pepper, olive oil, paprika, vinegar, pressed garlic and a small shot of water.

Merke es dir für immer und ewig:
**Es gibt keine Beilagen**, da jeder für sich selbst entscheidet, was für ihn der Höhepunkt war.
Du setzt nämlich mit dieser Formulierung den Salat in seinem genussvollen Volumen hinter gekochte Spätzle und bereits totes Fleisch. 
Du musst zugeben, dass dies nicht ganz dem Salat gerecht wird. 😋
