Es una manera práctica, sencilla, rápida y económica para blanquear las tablas plásticas para picar. Este método lo aprendí en una oportunidad que trabajaba en un restaurante de sushi importante y la limpieza de las cosas era primordial, incluyendo las tablas. Empecemos por lo primero, los materiales a necesitar que básicamente son 2. 1 Toallín o toalla de papel de cocina. Cualquiera que consigas, en mi caso, tenía las reusables. 2 Cloro Lo que hay que hacer es básicamente es cubrir la tabla con papel primero. En mi caso usé 2 cuadritos. Al colocarlos, los ubicamos bien en la tabla porque estos papeles son los que van a mantener el cloro en donde quieran ustedes. Luego le vamos colocando chorritos de cloro hasta que los toallines queden totalmente humedecidos con el cloro. Es importante que coloques la tabla sobre un lugar seguro para que no te vaya a manchar el cloro otras superficies. En mi caso la dejé sobre el mesón que es de piedra y no me afectaba en nada si se caía. Cuidado con la ropa también, el cloro es tan bueno que te va a blanquear hasta la ropa que te pongas. Al tenerlo listo, esperas unos 30 minutos o una hora, en mi caso a los 20 minutos ya estaba bien blanca, pero retiré los toallines a los 45 minutos. Como pueden ver, el resultado es maravilloso.
