# _A Historical Evaluation of Religion and Propaganda in Modern Government as-related to Blockchain Technology_

## An Executive Order
...was signed by Donald Trump last year that is of a great concern to the American People, and also the Global Community. On May 4th, 2017, Donald Trump's regime attempted to make it difficult for the Johnson Amendment to prevent religious groups from providing financial support to political candidates. However functional his executive order may or may not have been, it goes against the very nature of why the United States was founded. The United States was founded to secure its citizens' freedom from religious oppression.

## The Anglican Church 
...was the official Church of England, and albeit that the Anglican Church was created to free the English from Catholic "rule", the Anglican Church eventually became a way to manipulate the people of the Great British Empire into submission to their own government. Many were dissatisfied, so a plan was created by a number of citizens to go colonize themselves in a place where they could practice government separate from religion to afford everyone the ability to believe what they wanted without having a religious body dictating law.

## Religious Freedom
...was the intended purpose behind the move to colonize North America. It is not so much that the term "separation of church and state" was written or not written into the U.S. Constitution, as much as the Constitution was intended to form a government wherein this was the case. The same could be spoken of central banking and the Federal Reserve Bank--which is why for a long time there was instituted a Gold Standard, that governed how the US Dollar could operate as a currency, independently of government and private interference by being held as valuable as a measure of Gold.

## Time and time again, 
...bodies of people have acquired freedoms, and then those very freedoms have been used against them to control and oppress those very same bodies of people. That is why this is of such a concern. Especially at a time in-which there is another technological breaking-point arriving to the Global markets that could essentially end the concept of centralized currency, centralized networking, and centralized governance: 

## Decentralized Applications, 
...Blockchain Technology, Smart Contracts, and Cryptocurrencies are so important, and pose such a threat to international leaderships that operate by way of manipulation and propaganda. It is decentralized technologies like the platform that hosts Steemit that will serve as Internet 2.0, where it is more difficult than ever to manipulate information exchange, voting, and currency value.

## In every way shape and form, 
...the idea that religious bodies should be allowed to directly influence our politics is a bad idea, and leads us down a historically proven path to oppression and eventual destruction. The actions of the 45th President of the United States are not only a direct attack on the freedoms of the American People, they are actions against the Fundamental Values that once made America Great.

_We, the people of Earth have a great number of problems,_
