<br>**Lightpainting** is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Nothing is added or removed in post processing.

We have made it our task to introduce our small light painting community into the new social media world. With "Lightpainters United" we not only want to show our art to the HIVE world, but also to help other Lightpainting artists to get started with HIVE. Therefore they are added as beneficiaries, but if you like one or the other picture from this post, **PLEASE GIVE THE ARTIST ALSO YOUR VOTE DIRECTLY**.
