My Actifit Report Card: January 15 2022
I just did a bit of practice disc golf putting this afternoon and did not want to do much else.  I'm resting a bit for the second week of the winter disc golf tournament tomorrow.

Both my son and I are very excited to play.  Hopefully we will have at least as nice a round as last week.  If not at least we will be out there enjoying nature and trying our best.

In general I'm feeling pretty good physically with just a bit of tenderness in my right arm and leg.  That tends to be my normal state when I've been playing disc golf most every day.  I'm gradually improving the way I throw and I hope to be able to get increased distance without having to push myself as hard.

Wow... 
I think you're full of preparations for the tournament, a little tip from me, if your arm hurts a little bit because you're pushing it a little, it's a good idea to use some balm or some muscle pain reliever like that and let it work while you sleep tonight, maybe it will help a little.
