<div class="text-justify">El ser humano a lo largo de su historia ha realizado infinidad de actividades en busca de producir bienes y servicios que le permitan disfrutar de comodidades y mejorar su calidad de vida. Si lo analizamos bien podríamos darnos cuenta de que la gran mayoría de las invenciones y tecnologías han visto la luz por el simple motivo de satisfacer nuestras necesidades, desde la salud, la estética, el confort, hasta la alimentación, diversión y educación. Entonces sin quererlo, las poblaciones se han convertido en esclavas de "trabajos" para poder lograr esa meta de cubrirlo todo.

Para producir y obtener calidad de vida, el dinero ha jugado un papel importante. Aunque se le tilde de codicia o se quiera repetir una y otra vez que el dinero es malo, no podemos negar la importancia de tiene a la hora de solucionar y facilitar las cosas. Se ha convertido en el sueño, para lograr un sueño. En el deseo para cumplir deseos. Le hemos dado incluso la potestad para decidir nuestra felicidad.

Ahora, si bien es cierto que el dinero facilita muchas cosas, también es muy certero decir que somos nosotros los dueños y creadores de nuestra paz y felicidad. Por allí se dice mucho que hay quién vive en casa de oro pero su vida esta vacía, y que hay quien vive en un ranchito y sus días están cargados de la más pura dicha. ¿Si tomamos al que vive en la casa de oro para llevarlo al ranchito ahora sí sería feliz? y al llevar al del ranchito a la casa de oro, entonces  ¿ahora su vida estaría vacía? Lo más probable es que no importe a donde se les lleve, su actitud hacia la vida siempre les acompañará y forjará sus vivencias positiva o negativamente.

Saludos amigos. Hoy les traigo un tema que hace poco descubrí y que me está ayudando mucho a centrar mis ideas y a buscar lo que realmente quiero, por el camino más adecuado.

# Hacer lo que más te gusta y de paso obtener ganancias económicas ¿Es posible? 

#

¿Qué es lo que más te gusta? ¿Funcionaría para que aparte de disfrutarlo, puedas obtener buenos ingresos? Hablemos sobre el ikigai.

#

Hace al menos tres meses se me presentó la palabra ikigai. Escuché audios donde explicaban su concepto, leí ejemplos y busqué testimonios. Aún sigo aprendiendo, quiero conocer más acerca de este tema, y mientras tanto les comparto lo que he aprendido.

#

La palabra ikigai significa "Razón de ser" o "La Razón de vivir". Es un concepto japonés que no tiene una traducción exacta. Quizás luego de leer de qué se trata, cada quién pueda darle un significado personal. Para mí el ikigai es la esencia de la vida, lo que nos define y apasiona.

#

Diferentes estudiosos de la cultura japonesa han desarrollado un método para que podamos descubrir cual es nuestra "Razón de ser" o nuestro ikigai. Dicho de mejor forma, el método ikigai  nos ayuda a encontrar la forma en la que podamos dedicarnos a eso que tanto nos apasiona y obtener la mayoría de beneficios posibles, a través de el. Beneficios de crecimiento personal, beneficios de salud, beneficios afectivos y por último pero no menos importantes, beneficios económicos.

#

Cuando era pequeña veía un programa de televisión (Si eres venezolano lo conoces) llamado Bitácora, donde una guía turística se paseaba por diferentes rincones de nuestro país promocionando bellezas naturales y exaltando la importancia de proteger y preservar la fauna y la flora de cualquier lugar del mundo. Esta mujer se paseaba por lugares  realmente hermosos, degustando diferentes platos típicos de las zonas que visitaba y dándose envidiables chapuzones en cada pozo, río o hermosa playa que se encontrara a su paso. Hace más o menos un año, vi una entrevista que le hacían y una frase que dijo se me quedó grabada y renació cuando leí lo que ikigai significa. Ella dijo: "Colecciono viajes y lugares, esa es mi afición favorita, y lo que es mejor me pagan por eso".

# ¿Te gustaría que te pagaran por darle rienda suelta a tu creatividad desarrollando tu pasión en lo que te gusta hacer?

# 

Según el método ikigai, debemos seguir o mejor dicho contestarnos una serie de preguntas claves que nos llevarán sin duda alguna a saber cuál es nuestra pasión y cómo sacarle provecho.

#

### Les invito a realizar un ejercicio que les ayudará a descubrir cuál es su ikigai o razón de ser.

#

Realicemos 4 pequeñas listas en las que escribiremos 

#

***Primero:***

#

Lo que amas, lo que realmente sabes y sientes que te gusta, por ejemplo:

#

- Pintar, leer, escribir, viajar, cocinar, maquillar, construir, cantar, ejecutar instrumentos, enseñar, bailar, estudiar, actuar, manejar, y pare usted de contar.

#

***Segundo:***

#

En la siguiente lista escribiremos aquello en lo que realmente somos buenos, lo que se nos da bien; por ejemplo: 

#

- ¿Eres bueno pintando, cantando, escribiendo, ejecutando instrumentos, maquillando? ¿Eres bueno organizando actividades? Te relacionas bien con otras personas, eres capaz de resolver conflictos, etc.

#

***Tercero:***

#

Al revisar las dos listas anteriores en las que has reconocido, qué es lo que realmente amas hacer y cual cosa haces bien y sabes hacer muy bien, entonces en la tercera lista colocaremos por lo que la gente te pagaría, es decir, ¿la gente pagaría por lo que sabes hacer? Ejemplo:

#

- Por saber maquillar, por hablar varios idiomas y saber enseñarlos, por cantar, por escribir, por organizar eventos, por cocinar, por tus estudios en enfermería, abogacía, construcción y más. 


#

***Cuarto:***

#

Por último pero con igual importancia, en esta lista mencionaremos aquello que aunque no nos paguen estaríamos dispuestos ha realizar, por el simple hecho de que nos llena de orgullo o nos produce satisfacción hacerlo, por ejemplo:

#

- Cuidar animalitos, proteger el medio ambiente, donar ropa o alimentos, acompañar a ancianos, dictar charlas de concientización, participar en obras de caridad. 

#


Si sientes que no logras avanzar en alguna de las listas, consulta con tus amigos y familiares. La opinión constructiva o sincera de nuestros seres queridos es muy aprovechable, ya que muchas veces solemos ser muy estricto con nosotros mismos y nos juzgamos demasiado, o simplemente no creemos que seamos realmente buenos en algo.  

#

Ahora coloquemos lo obtenido en las listas, en unas esferas de colores, Así:

Luego vamos a unir los círculos como si fueran los pétalos de una flor, de esta forma:

Cuando unimos los círculos de esta forma podremos observar que de esa unión surgen 4 bases o pilares fundamentales que relacionan todo lo que has escrito.

#

- En el lugar donde se entrelazan lo que realmente amas y lo que sabes hacer bien, surge tu "Pasión" que es aquello que te emociona porque además de gustarte mucho, lo sabes hacer muy bien.

#

- En el lugar donde se unen lo que sabes hacer muy bien y por lo que otros estarían dispuestos a pagarte, surge tu "Profesión"

#

- Cuando se unen, por lo que otros te pagarían con lo que puedes aportar al mundo, surge tu "Vocación"

#

- Finalmente cuando se unen lo que realmente amas con lo que puedes aportar al mundo, conseguirás tu "Misión"

#

### La fusión de esos cuatro pilares, te dará tu ikigai.

#

¿Cómo saber si lo has descubierto? Es tan sencillo como imaginar que te faltara alguno de esos cuatro pilares en tu vida. Al sentirte incompleto, por la falta de alguna de esas bases, podrás reconocer que lo que has elegido no te satisface ni te dará felicidad. Pero si por el contrario logras complementar esos pilares lo sabrás de inmediato y habrás encontrado tu ikigai.

#

Podrías tener el trabajo mejor pagado del mundo, pero si no te gusta para nada, tarde o temprano terminarás ahogado en infelicidad. O podrías hacer una labor que te fascina, pero que no te genera ningún tipo de ganancia, terminarías de igual forma abandonando, porque estarías en la necesidad de buscar otra actividad que pueda generarte calidad de vida. De manera que al analizarte y descubrir cual es tu "Razón de ser" puedes dedicarte a realizar lo que más te gusta, dándole al mundo un gran aporte y recibiendo abundantes recompensas por ello.

#

Espero que esta explicación les ayude a realizar el ejercicio y puedan descubrir su ikigai, y no solo eso. Espero que también logren aplicarlo en sus vidas y puedan disfrutar de sus beneficios. Una vez descubierto el ikigai, hay que salir de la zona de confort y aplicar lo descubierto en tu vida. Pero salir de la zona de confort es otro tema que podremos planificar para conversar en otro post.

At least three months ago I was introduced to the word ikigai. I listened to audios where they explained their concept, I read examples and I looked for testimonials. I'm still learning, I want to know more about this topic, and in the meantime I share what I've learned.

#

The word ikigai means "Reason for Being" or "The Reason for Living". It is a Japanese concept that does not have an exact translation. Perhaps after reading what it is about, each person can give it a personal meaning. For me, ikigai is the essence of life, what defines and excites us.

#

Different scholars of Japanese culture have developed a method for us to discover what our "Reason for Being" or our ikigai is. Said in a better way, the ikigai method helps us find the way in which we can dedicate ourselves to what we are so passionate about and obtain the most possible benefits through it. Personal growth benefits, health benefits, affective benefits and last but not least, financial benefits.

When I was little I watched a television program (If you are Venezuelan you know it) called Bitácora, where a tourist guide walked through different corners of our country promoting natural beauties and extolling the importance of protecting and preserving the fauna and flora of any place in the world. world. This woman walked through really beautiful places, tasting different typical dishes of the areas she visited and taking enviable dips in each well, river or beautiful beach that she found in her path. Reviewing the two previous lists in which you have recognized, what it is that you really love to do and what you do well and know how to do very well, then in the third list we will place what people would pay you for, that is, do people would pay for what you know how to do? Example:

- For knowing how to do makeup, for speaking several languages ​​and knowing how to teach them, for singing, for writing, for organizing events, for cooking, for your studies in nursing, law, construction and more.

Last but not least, in this list we will mention what, even if we are not paid, we would be willing to do, for the simple fact that it fills us with pride or gives us satisfaction to do so, for example:

- Take care of animals, protect the environment, donate clothes or food, accompany the elderly, give awareness talks, participate in charity work.

If you feel like you're not making progress on any of the lists, check with your friends and family. The constructive or sincere opinion of our loved ones is very useful, since many times we tend to be very strict with ourselves and judge ourselves too much, or we simply do not believe that we are really good at something.

You could have the best paid job in the world, but if you don't like it at all, sooner or later you will end up drowning in unhappiness. Or you could do a job that fascinates you, but that does not generate any kind of profit, you would end up abandoning it anyway, because you would be in need of looking for another activity that can generate quality of life. So when you analyze yourself and discover what your "Reason for Being" is, you can dedicate yourself to doing what you like the most, giving the world a great contribution and receiving abundant rewards for it.

I hope that this explanation helps you to do the exercise and discover your ikigai, and not only that. I hope that you will also be able to apply it in your lives and can enjoy its benefits. Once you have discovered ikigai, you have to leave your comfort zone and apply what you have discovered in your life.
