<div class="text-justify"><p> ## <center>Español</center>  Hola mis saludos para todos, esperamos se encuentren bien y contentos a pesar de todo que siempre encuentren manera de disfrutar y sacarle el mejor provecho a lo que hagan a pesar de que sea poco, lo importante es que sigamos haciendo el esfuerzo y lo lograremos si tenemos una buena disposición siempre se les aprecia. El tema que quiero resaltar en esta oportunidad es: Disfrutar de las cosas pequeñas da felicidad. Y es que muchas veces creemos que si no tenemos lo suficiente o que tenemos que tener mucho en sentido material, sería imposible disfrutar a plenitud de las cosas, y que no llegaremos a ser felices. Pero tenemos que borrar esa idea de nuestra mente porque lo que nos hace feliz muchas veces no depende de lo material sino de nosotros mismos de cómo veamos las cosas, si lo vemos de esta manera podremos disfrutar más y seremos felices. Eso lo digo porque hace un día este día martes tuve la oportunidad de disfrutar de ese día con cosas sencillas y es que planeamos salir a caminar y visitar a las personas que viven y que trabajan en una zona cercana a nuestra residencia que queda un poco aislado. Lo rodea una laguna muy grande y unos paisajes hermosos y la verdad es que mi esposa y yo y los que nos acompañaron, disfrutamos de un día diferente sin tener que gastar nada únicamente que conversar y caminar.  Mientras caminábamos observando la vegetación y los paisajes, observar el cielo azul y las nubes como combinaba con todo el lago que se observaba en el horizonte y los animales, los pescadores y todo lo que lo rodeaba y las conversaciones que podíamos sostener con las personas que trabajan en ese lugar. Todo esto nos llenaba de alegría y felicidad y aprovechamos la ocasión para tomarnos varias fotos para mostrarles a ustedes de lo que les estamos hablando en este post y de la emoción y la felicidad que sentimos al dar este paseo sencillo en el cual no tuvimos que invertir mucho para sentirnos felices. y vaya que como hace falta distraer nuestra mente con cosas buenas cuando nos sentimos atrapados con situaciones difíciles que a veces ni pensamos en que podemos hacer para combatir el estrés y todo lo que ocasionan muchas de las situaciones que enfrentamos, sea por una u otra cosa entonces es allí cuando momentos como estos nos alegran la vida y olvidamos por un rato todos los problemas que quizás tengamos. La verdad es que fue como un día de descanso en medio del caos y las situaciones que vemos a diario y esto nos llama a reflexión porque quizás a veces creemos que es imposible disfrutar y ser felices con cosas sencillas, que tenemos que tener mucho para ser feliz pero no es así podemos disfrutar de cosas pequeñas y que están en nuestro alcance de esta manera como lo hicimos nosotros en este caso.  De verdad que cuando llegamos a casa a pesar de llegar con los pies un poco cansados valió la pena el esfuerzo porque disfrutamos y ese día estuvimos alegres y nos sentimos felices y es que uno pueda hasta disfrutar cuando sale de casa a la calle. Cuando va de compras o hacer alguna otra cosa porque esos momentos les pueden servir para conversar con alguien y disfrutar de esas conversaciones y olvidar las cosas que nos afectan que seamos felices por un momento. Entonces mi recomendación es que salgamos de vez en cuando y disfrutemos de las cosas que nos rodean, tal vez tengamos un parque, una plaza, disfrutemos de eso en las noches, fijémonos en la estrella, en las nubes, los árboles la vegetación son cosas que no tienen ningún costo y nos llenan de felicidad y como disfruta uno cuando está con su familia o amigos toda esta cosa podemos disfrutarla y nos hacen sentir felices. gracias por leer mi publicación, esperamos que esta experiencia les sirva o nos sirva para reflexionar y darnos de cuenta que no hace falta mucho en sentido material para sentirse feliz y disfrutar de lo poco que tenemos, nos despedimos de ustedes con mucho cariño y aprecio de sus amigos @liliayjuvenal. ## <center>English</center>  Hello my greetings to all, we hope you are well and happy despite everything that you always find a way to enjoy and get the most out of what you do even though it is little, the important thing is that we continue to make the effort and we will succeed if we have a good disposition they are always appreciated. I say this because one day ago, this Tuesday, I had the opportunity to enjoy that day with simple things and that is that we plan to go for a walk and visit the people who live and work in an area near our residence that is a bit isolated sun. It is surrounded by a very large lagoon and some beautiful landscapes and the truth is that my wife and I and those who accompanied us, enjoyed a different day without half having to spend anything except talking and walking.  As we walked, observing the vegetation and the landscapes, observing the blue sky and the clouds as it combined with the entire lake that was observed on the horizon and the animals, the fishermen and everything that surrounded it and the conversations that we could have with the people who they work in that place. All this filled us with joy and happiness and we took the opportunity to take several photos to show you what we are talking about in this post and the emotion and happiness we feel when taking this simple walk in which we did not have to invest much to make us happy. And wow, how is it necessary to distract our minds with good things when we feel trapped with difficult situations that sometimes we don't even think about what we can do to combat stress and everything that many of the situations we face cause, be it for one reason or another then it is there when moments like these brighten our lives and we forget for a while all the problems we may have. The truth is that it was like a day of rest in the midst of the chaos and the situations that we see daily and this calls us to reflection because perhaps sometimes we believe that it is impossible to enjoy and be happy with simple things, that we have to have a lot to be happy but it is not so we can enjoy small things and that are within our reach in this way as we did in this case. In truth, when we got home, despite arriving with our feet a little tired, it was worth the effort because we enjoyed ourselves and that day we were happy and we felt happy and it is that one can even enjoy when he leaves the house on the street.  When you go shopping or do something else because those moments can help you talk with someone and enjoy those conversations and forget the things that affect us to be happy for a moment.
