**Hi friends!
A new stage has begun in my life:)) I'm not a big fan of cooking, but lately I'm trying to find something interesting, creative and exciting in it. As for baking, this topic for me in general is like a flight into space!!!**

But there were several reasons to start it:))) Well, first of all it's a pumpkin that @nadin-zakrevska gave me and which is grown in her garden in the village. More precisely, there were two ones, but one I ate adding to all sorts of vegetable stews. And the other has already become a detail of the interior, it lay in the kitchen for about two months.... Secondly, it's my apples which grown in the village. Unfortunately, they have faded a bit lately and I don't want to eat them raw. So, I need to use them. 
And thirdly, although I'm not a sweet tooth, but sometimes I want something tasty and made with my own hands. That is, I know exactly what it consists of, unlike store products.

Точніше їх було два, один я з'їла додаючи до всяких овочевих рагу. А інший вже перетворився на деталь інтер'єру, він десь два місяці лежав на кухні.... По-друге, мої яблука, вирощені в селі. На жаль, останнім часом вони трохи зів'яли і я не хочу їх їсти сирими. Отож, потрібно використати. Ну і по-третє, хоч я не солодкоїжка, але часом хочеться чогось смачного і зробленого своїми руками. Тобто я точно знаю, з чого воно складається, на відміну від магазинних виробів.*

I learned this recipe from a video on YouTube, below I will give a link. In fact, there are many, many pumpkin pie recipes, so I'll continue my experiments later. The author of the recipe tells in detail how to do everything, that is, it suits me as a beginner :) I love the most simple and quick recipes, because for something serious is not enough patience :)))

***So, we need:
-300 (I had 350) grams of pumpkin;
‌-2-3 apples,
‌-3 eggs
-100 g of butter
‌-250 g of wheat flour (or whichever you like)
-150 g of sugar (I gave a little less, about 135)
-A pinch of salt
-Cinnamon
‌-10g baking powder.***
> *Цей рецепт я дізналася з відеоролика на ютуб, нижче я дам посилання. Насправді репецтівпирогів із додаванням гарбуза є дуже і дуже багато, тому я продовжу свої експерименти згодом. Авторка рецепту детально розповідає, як усе робити, тобто мені як новачку це підходить:) Я люблю максимально прості і швидкі рецепти, бо на щось серйозне не вистачає терпіння:)))
Отож, нам потрібно:
‌-300 (у мене було 350) грам гарбуза;
‌-2-3 яблука;

‌-100 г масла вершкового;
‌-250 г муки пшеничної (або яка вам подобається);
‌-150 г цукру (я дала трошки менше, десь 135);

***Well, let's go. We peel a pumpkin (I used the whole one because I had a small one), rub on a large grater.*** 

***Later we do the same with apples, I took one and a half apples. Sprinkle the apple with cinnamon.*** 

***Next, put in a bowl cut into pieces butter, eggs and sugar and beat with a blender until smooth. Add apple and pumpkin to this mass and mix it all carefully. A little salt.*** 

***Now slowly add flour and baking powder to our mixture. Mix it all with a spoon.***

> *Ну що ж, поїхали. Чистимо гарбуз (я використала весь, бо в мене маленький), тремо на крупній тертці. Згодом те саме з яблуками, я взяла півтора яблука. Яблуко посипаємо корицею. Далі кладемо в миску порізане на шматки масло, яйця і цукор і збиваємо блендером до однорідності. Вкидаємо у цю масу яблуко та гарбуз і акуратно це все перемішуємо. Трошки солі. Тепер повільно висипаємо у нашу суміш муку та розпушувач. Я мішаю це все ложкою.*

Spread the mass in a baking dish, the bottom of which can be laid parchment.
On top, I randomly decorated the cake with slices of apple and pumpkin. All, put this beauty in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. I was afraid to bake at 200 °, so I first set 180, and then increased the temperature.
What a scent in the kitchen!!! Pumpkin and cinnamon... I was afraid it would be raw. The fact is that I did not squeeze the juice from the apple and, accordingly, the cake turned out a little wet inside, so I could not determine the readiness with a wooden stick. So I baked for a 60 minutes.

> *Викладаємо масу у форму для запікання, на дно якої можна простелити пергамент. Зверху я хаотично прикрасила пиріг дольками яблука та гарбуза. Все, кладемо цього красеня у розігріту духовку на 50-60 хв. Я боялась пекти при 200°, тому спочатку виставила 180, а згодом посилила температуру.
Який аромат на кухні!!! Гарбуз і кориця...... Я боялась, що він буде сирий. Справа в тому, що я не відтискала сік із яблука і відповідно пиріг вийшов трошки вологий всередині, тому я не могла визначити готовність з допомогою дерев'яної палички. Тому пекла 60 хвилин.
Вийшло дійсно смачно. Він такий пухкий, м'який і легко їсти. Я одразу, ще поки він був теплим, з'їла кілька шматків. Ще раз повторюю, що я не люблю солодощів. Круто!!! І нарешті я спробувала цікаве горіхове вино домашнього виробництва, яке мені подарував друг. Солодко-гіркуватий смак цього "вина" чудово підійшов до гарбузяного пирога;)
Планую ще пригостити батьків. Якщо не з'їм усе сама😂😂😂*

Well, it turned out really tasty. I ate a few pieces while he was still warm. I repeat that I do not like sweets. Finally, I tried an interesting homemade nut wine, which was given to me by a friend. The sweet and bitter taste of this "wine" went well with pumpkin pie;) Cool!!! I plan to treat my parents.

> *Іншим разом я б трохи вдосконалила рецепт. Можна ще додати трохи цедри лимона та лимонного соку, щоб була кислинка. Яблука можна порізати шматками, щоб вони були більш помітні у спеченому пирозі і не пускали так сильно сік. Якщо ви хочете зменшити калорійність, то варто зменшити кількість цукру або його замінити на інший підсолоджувач. Кухня - це місце для творчості. Здається, я полюбила гарбуз. А ви? Other times I would improve the recipe a bit. You can also add a little lemon zest and lemon juice to make it sour. Apples can be cut into pieces so that they are more visible in the baked cake and do not let the juice so much. If you want to reduce calories, you should reduce the amount of sugar or replace it with another sweetener.
